Thanks so much for posting this video Dan. I used it yesterday to replace my bumper cover that was cracked up by my wife after a snowstorm. The easy part is getting the bumper off and on again but the hard part is popping all those plastic tabs to transfer the grilles and trim pieces from one to the other. BTW, it is not necessary to remove the belly pan, it can stay in place as long as you are careful not to catch the bottom lip of the valance on it when re-installing.
I've got a Golf 2.0 TDI and just put a stock K&N filter and exhaust I've noticed a slight improvement and a definate improvement with the aero turbine exhaust. I used to have a peugeot 405 SRDT and with a POD filter and exhaust also noticed a large difference. I guess if the pod filter allows more air flow then it would be good but some say the stock systems aren't that bad either so would need to look into it more.
Hi Dan, thanks for your video. I will be really useful when I get round to changing mine (currently sitting in my Garage waiting to be sprayed. I wanted to know what you have to do with the water pipes etc. the panels under the head lights. do they have to be repiped or straight swap?
One question Daniel Rivera the sliding thing on the bumper cover is the Bumper Guide ? i accidentaly went down the sideway and it hit my bumper and some plactic bracket broke up now is sagging down, but is one that goes on the cover do you know?
Thanks your video helped a lot, nice vw by the way, question where did you get those headlights I'm really digging them because I want to swap mine out thank you in advance

Glad it helped. I do it for the ease of access lol. Just a few screws holding in the belly pan anyways.
Didn’t realise you had to slide the sides in when installing. Lifesaver
My 07 Rabbit kissed a snowbank, this will be extremely helpful when I get around to buying new front end parts for her. Thanks!

how do i replace a radiator in a 2008 VW rabbit, 2.5L?
I have a 2006 mk5 and it doesn't look like that
+Paul Bilek This is a 2006 GLI.
Yes, 2006 was MkV
In America they are jettas in other countries they are boras
The 2008 is also a MKV. It's like 06-09 or so I think until they changed body styles again
City golf is essentially a mk4, only kept making them for the Canadian market I believe.
you mean jetta GLI
