14:19 Im surprised it has 2 fuel pumps. I thouhgt they werent equiped with the 2 until 1989 on. My 260e is from 1986 and it has the single one. I had the chance to retrofit it with the 2 pump set but I just didnt find it necesary as the car works perfectly as it is with a single one. I I would like to have an actual explanation of what made them make this modification back in the day. Hope someone around that reads the coment knows.

Oh well. I know what I'm getting into now, my 300E-24 has been sitting for 9 years and I'm about to start. I never traded her in. Only ordered ONE fuel pump from FCP so I'll need another!
I caught a W124 taxi in Spain in 2004, he was third or fourth in line but I made a beeline to him as another W124 owner. The diesels have a very long shelf life.

I read somewhere the locked glovebox was an optional extra, at least for the w201.

Sorry for asking, I have this rust and gunk issue in my w126 tank and it is a nightmare. Do you think it is a good option to clean it and derust it or should I get a "new" tank. Can I use a tank from a diesel w126?

Hello , you can try to clean it out and always add another inline filter, there are companies that clean out tanks too. I am not sure if a diesel tank is the same.

Good day, I'm sorry to inform you, that you better check the real mileage on this w124, I don't believe that the engine bay looks so bad if the car has done just 29000mil. I have one of them, mijn has got 245000km on it, from 1992, mine looking 1000 times cleaner then that one. Please make sure that the mileage it's
