Dude! This demo gave me laughs (vocooder/talking/cat stuff), awe, but now that i see your preset "4 a.m. Lead" i know EXACTLY what it means and i relate. When you do whatever what you do till the northern dusk. I need to go to bed right now, because 4 am isn't far too long.
Dude they're all so good, and you play beautifully. Awesome work, looking forward to picking this up! Feature request... could you export them so that they could be imported into any of the four banks? Some patch makers have done that and it's really helpful, thanks!
@@NickSemrad @Dimitri Smith I wrote up an article here on how to use MIDI-Ox (or similar program) to do a Find/Replace operation and alter the destination to any other bank (even can target Factory Banks). www.presetpatch.com/articles/Sequential-Dave-Smith-Prophet-Rev-2-Overwriting-Factory-Patches
@@NickSemrad An excellent UK programmer provides customers with four different exportations of the same soundbank. So the exact same 128 presets as: U1, U2, U3 and U4. Obviously it takes up a bit more time on the programmer's side, but the extra work is very appreciated on the customer's part.
If you buy the first set, send me a screen shot of your receipt to "nicholastsemrad@gmail.com" and I'll send you the coupon code to get $10 off the second set. Thanks!
Not the same patches at all. We are close friends and play together often, so I imagine there are some similarities, but we didn’t work together on our packs.
They'll sound great on either version. Most of these patches are "stacked" to take advantage of some wide stereo panning, but you can "un-stack" them and change the panning in the mod matrix if you need the extra voices.
Hi Nick. I was wondering if it was possible to get a similar sound to what Chick is using in this recording out of Rev 2? ua-cam.com/video/QWjGhZt4Dsk/v-deo.html If not, what would be a good synth/vst to achieve it? Thank you!
the fact that people are still making innovative patches on this synth is really a testament to what an amazing instrument dave smith created
You can learn a lot watching your hands!
Insane patches!!

Dude, if there’s a way to do that, let me know. As far as I was told, the patch information is written directly into the SysEx file!

Beautiful, any idea if these work with a prophet 08 (without the onboard effects)? Thanks
lets go!
Teacher👏👏👏
I just want to learn whatever you played on 70s ep patch
4:37 - so good :D
Sounds like "I wish I knew now"
Aí manja 👏👏👏👍👍
Do you have a version of your Moog Sub 37 pack for the Moog Sub 25, please? Cheers, Paul

How to load ?
Great stuff 👌🏼
You can find them on my website, www.nicholastsemrad.com/shop , and there are instructions included with the purchase!
Some tidy sounds there man 😁
Are these the same patches as J3PO so if you have both is there overlap?
Not the same patches at all. We are close friends and play together often, so I imagine there are some similarities, but we didn’t work together on our packs.
@@NickSemrad thanks for letting me know. I’m going to pick these up. My prophet will be here at the end of the week.
Wow this is Amazing! Du you use the 8 or 16 voice version on this vid? Great playing and sound creating!
Any external effects used here? Thank you.
Nope!
Siiick, what bank/preset numbers do they save to?
U3, P51-100 :-)
Great sounds Nick! Does 8 voice rev 2 or 16 voice version make difference (to play these patches) ?

Is this the 16 voice rev?
Yessss
@@NickSemrad since the price difference to the p6 isn’t to big, would you suggest one over the other? I’m a huge fan btw.
omari sent me here
Appreciate you!!
Can I use your patches in garage band?
These patches are only for the Sequential Rev 2
@@NickSemrad Thanks for responding I'll look up that software your referring too.
Sounds are perfect

"Mr Hands"! lol
Looks like, the guys arms are besmeared…
You should have written all of the factory presets because they are nearly all damn awful!
