We had a Minneapolis Moline Z. My dad traded it in once along with a Farmall M for a new MF 265 w/ loader. Within a week or so, he bought it back because he missed it for chasing cows & simple chores. Standing up to drive it with that offset steering & handclutch took a bit to get use to, but that thing ran fantastic and turned on a dime.
Great memories. Gotta love that drier soilbed..... most of my early years in eastern Ontario ploughing "wet" without 4wd..... it was tricky but we young folk sure learned the lessons. Many thanks.
Always enjoy parades. The older classic era of agriculture tractors are among my favorite types. I like so many brands and models. I like Big Tractor Power Channel and your episodes. Have a wonderful weekend🚜🇺🇸👍
I love that international 4786 of yours it looks great with your videos with it up in the air with the drone and it looks awesome going down the road and in the field it's just an amazing beast I love it
Me and my boy loved this video, I was also kind of surprised by that Case 200 which I don’t think I’ve ever seen at any county fair. That big 4886 was so awesome to see, my boy said ooooooo :)
The history of your interest in farm machinery is a love that many of us share and you've managed to take it one step further which I think is brilliant ,I've always wanted to get a big four wheel drive like the Massey Fergusson 1200 ,but here in England there doesn't seem to be the same enthusiasm as most of our small farms have gone out of business or turned into golf courses. When you get time why don't you freshen up your International with a new paint job and maybe a subsoiler or a mole plough/plow to go with it. God Bless keep up the brilliant work. Kevin fox ,UK ENGLAND.
As always another great video that Ford workmaster that was pretty cool to see and about time we see you and your tractor doing something with it been waiting forever LOL
Nice, big tractor powers tractor! Way to find a write off for your booming UA-cam business. You could pull 90 feet of harrow with that big boy. It was a good choice, I hope you get to buy a 2nd.
It looks to me that the wide front ends are the best for plowing. The guys with the narrow front ends seem to always be fighting to keep the tractor in a straight line.
I wished i could come but i'm just 15 and don't have a driving licence for a tracktor, i'm from germany and the tracktor we have is a Renault 75-34 MX which were build from 1989 to 1994 or so
It is a large John Deere farm I film at. It is a 3 million bushel bin system. You can see more of the bins in these videos. ua-cam.com/video/VqcBnIlhDAI/v-deo.html&app=desktop ua-cam.com/video/phAR1EaNFrw/v-deo.html&app=desktop
At 4mins the guy dumping the plow deep just to "roll coal" is gonna find himself doing a trans or even better a full motor, black is unburnt fuel, An Oliver 77 doesn't deserve to go out that way after all these years.
Yeah but it’s wasting money and horse power just for the sake of looking cool, pretty sure the money you save in diesel will pay for fixing yer rings and grinding the valves, hey sometimes it’s just a bad air filter even
How do you know he's dumping the plow? I've spent hundreds of hours plowing, the plow is set to only go so deep. I think he is just hitting tough spots in the field that requires horse power. I'm sure the soil conditions aren't the same in the whole field.
I am not sure how much it uses as I have not been through a tank yet with it. I disked 25 acres with it and it used about 28 gal I think. The Big Cam 4 is a cool engine but I am Thankful my 4786 still had the original V8.
Mercy, I enjoy hearing those sweet Johnny Pops. Reminds me of farming with my Grandpa til he lost his ground to back taxes in 1975. Then he sadly sold the A, B & the G & the other equipment. Which diesel IH was the one that the guy put the Super M decal on?
If the grain storage system in the background is that 3 million bushel one you’ve mentioned before, I sure would like to see a detailed video showing each individual bin and each one’s capacity. Love the videos!!
It is a big system. I have been working about three years to film it. I do plan to do a video on it. I have done drone footage of it as well as unloading. I hope to do an interview with the farmer on it.
@@bigtractorpower Can't wait to watch that video!! I'm fascinated by all the big equipment and the huge storage system they have on the farm. Our small farm in SC can't compete.
@@bigtractorpower my uncle would use his JD 8020 for that if there was a local event going on...nothing like a Detroit full bore. We had to wear ear plugs.lol
Just a boat ride away 😁. Until 2015 they only took tractors from 1959 back. 1975 was a big leap. Hopefully the date will continue to move forward. I think the main reason is so bigger tractors don’t plow up all the ground too fast.

The Workmaster is one of the heritage tractors of the big John Deere farm I feature as was the Minneapolis-Moline Z and John Deere G in this video.
Very nice tractor sir
I like it’s square look with the V8 engine.
Super máquina top de mais
Awesome video thanks for sharing
That is a amazing beast!
It’s a solid V8 machine.
Badass tractor you have.
Nice tractor you have
Great video! That Oliver 77 sure looks good...in fact my university just finished restoring one!
Wow very cool. The Oliver Fleet Line tractors are stand out machines with great colors.

Running them old tractors is a work out.
Thanks for sharing 👍🏻

If that tractor has a PTO it woukd make a great grain cart tractor.
No PTO on IH articulated 4wds 😢
Old iron and dust 😁👍

I gotta ask....who's massive bin setups are they at 36 seconds in.... absolutely massive

PIPER DOUG there plenty of tractors do thousands of hours blowing piles of black reek

I love your vid's dude !
At the 5 minute mark that plow doesn't look right to me... I can see the moldboard by looking under the tractor
I hope you have a big turn out !
It will be fun to film all the tractors plowing.
Love your channel mate so very well put together. How much diesel does the big girl use and they are great with a 400 big cam.

Am I wrong or is that an oliver at 2:48??? ( was thinking 770 but I know I'm wrong )
Derek Adams that what I was thinking also.

How wide is your rake on this field?
26ft disk.
Good to see u could get ur IH out
I am looking forward to hopefully running it at the plow day next Saturday.
I thought the 4786 came out in 1978.lol Did they let ya in anyways? Lol
My 4786 is a 1981. No plowing for it just harrowing to smooth out the ground behind the plowing tractors.

At minute 2:50 what kind of tractor was that
My dad has the same case forweal drive as you but it ant in that good of cundishen

Too bad, my tractors are younger. 😅
