THIS IS SO COOL. I would have absolutely loved this in 2004, just looked like a game that had a ton of love for the comics. Love the vibe with the drum and bass tunes, and man those cinematics are great. There's a simplistic charm but really stylish and hit the feel of what you remember '80s DD comics being visually. I don't know how the heck to get games working, let alone prototypes but man I hope I can figure it out to finally give this game a try. Like many others are probably saying, it was one I always wanted to play
I remember PTOP making a video in a build he has, and was dated July 2003. That version has a comic book and cartoony artstyle, where its colorful while this one has a sorta gritty, realism sorta theme. Interesting how much changes overtime.
DAREDEVIL/THE PUNISHER as a Batman/superman world's finest duo for PS2/XBOX I believe made under ACTIVISION would be a CLASSIC, with playing as 2 characters at the same time, 1 as you play, 2 would be A.I. COMPUTER
Man, the Level on 20:20 looks like every 1998 game graphics, I thought games in the 90s had miserable graphics, but this sortve reminds me of that experience
Man... if Insomniac releases a Daredevil game that's dark and they get the fighting/Stealth system right they would shake the world! It's exactly what we need!
You know? Daredevil's voice sounds pretty much like Roger Craig Smith's, who voiced Batman in the Arkham Origins game. If it really was, then i'd think Roger nailed his Daredevil voice so good.
I read in the comments that you can play levels 1,3,4,5,6, and 8. How do you do that? Is there a way to choose levels? In recent years I have seen that they release betas of very good games. For example, the beta of Mortal Kombat special forces is much better than the final version, I would even dare to say that it has gameplay very similar to Tomb Raider. Also the Castlevania Resurrection beta, what I asked myself is if there will be anyone who dares to finish these games? He doubted it but at least this game and Castlevania resurrection I hope to see them finished one day.
For the love of God, Marvel! Finish this game with updated cel-shaded graphics and with it being an open-world game(which is what was originally planned for it), and get Vincent D'Onofrio to voice the Kingpin!
I'm not gonna lie, I think ACTIVISION would be better at this than this, the graphics look like N64 98 Outdated a little, If they had a 10 month headstart beforethe movie, it would be releases with more confidence it'll sell better than Spiderman, especially if you got ACTIVISION & NEVERSOFT in their prime in the early 2000s & 2003 being the Year of "VIOLENT VIDEO GAMES" with Everybody wanting to be GTA, POSTAL, CALL OF DUTY, & DEUS EX
I tried to save, but every time the save is corrupted and wont let me access the save to get to the other levels; any suggestions? Edit: For some reason it was the memory card, just make a new one.
Hearing about or even getting to see some of the superhero games that were in production at a point in time, having such interesting and fun characters/reference materials as the focal point really irritates me that we have what feels like an endless supply of Batman/Spider-Man games that essentially just repeat themselves over and over again. Don't get me wrong, I still really appreciate what we have gotten but I would also trade some of them at the drop of a hat if it meant having some of the shelved games released instead. Like, I'd easily give up the Batman Begins game or Spider-Man 2 PS2 for a full release of this.

I remember seeing the ad for this in a daredevil comic I had as a kid. I always wondered what happened to the game.

Great to see more of this game! It looks really cool! Love the graphics and gameplay!
it looks to be worked on around the bendis run with all the alex maleev art, so cool
Highly disappointed that the game was never released the time, many fans would kill to play it
I'd play the heck out of this back then
Scropion:Get over here!
The woman in Daredevil: Get away from me!

The FLASH / GREEN GOBLIN (Run part) shocked me, I DIDNT KNOW YOU CAN HAVE THAT POWER!!!!!!
this looks like a game with a lot of potential!
i sad we miss this game but i want one day i hope insomniac adapted a game of daredevil . i hope so much.
I really hope so too. A game of DD is so needed now.
Unpopular opinion but I'd rather someone else take a shot at it. If one studio makes too many games they might end up feeling samey.
They should actually release this now it’s been long enough. Looks so cool
Time to rewatch the show
The glowing red eyes is my favorite version of DAREDEVIL
Man, the Level on 20:20 looks like every 1998 game graphics, I thought games in the 90s had miserable graphics, but this sortve reminds me of that experience
This game definitely had potential !
I'm guessing that voice in the unreleased Daredevil PlayStation 2 game, is the voice of Troy Baker!? 🤔
The rail grinding is slick

Hopefully insomniac will do justice for this game

Elektra looks amazing!
Amazing gameplay!
This prototype is giving off strong Sucker Punch productions vibes.
It sounds like their using GTA 3 AQUASKY "SPECTRE" in the 1st movie fight scene

Finish the first level to create a save file, go to load game and select any stage
Spider-Man, is that you?)))
Really cool
Remaster Them All
Wonder if the unlock can make you play as BULLSEYE or GHOST RIDER or PUNISHER??
Is this game safe if the gameplay is uploaded on UA-cam? I'm afraid it will get a copyright strike because of the license from Sony & Marvel
Sony doesn’t have anything to do with this beyond it being the ps2 dev prototype marvel also won’t care much since it’s a game from 04

Nah get someone else
@@manwithoutmercy Vincent D'Onofrio is the best actor for the Kingpin.
Where did you find this unused cutscenes? Some of them don´t appear in the prototype.
In the game files. They all there but without sound.
Where do I download the prototype? I can't find the link
The link for the Hidden Palace is in the description.

Does anyone know how to access the debug menu?
My game keeps crashing during the second mission but everything else works perfect. so weird, did you play this with any special settings?
The Second level dont work, you cant play it.
@@NeoGamer ah okay. still insanely cool
If memory serves Sony was the reason for the eventual cancellation
I tried to save, but every time the save is corrupted and wont let me access the save to get to the other levels; any suggestions?
Edit: For some reason it was the memory card, just make a new one.
how are you able to play it?
Fun fact : future Daredevil game will be much worse than this.

Why was it cancelled?
The company behind it went under.
😊😮😅c😮
This looks like a generic spiderman game, but without long web distance. Absolutely lame.
It's a good thing they didn't release it huh?
