I loved the California version of the ride, but this one is my favorite because of the music. It's all one consistent theme, yet each scene has a different feel to it that matches the cultural music of the place. Notice the music that accompanies the Taj Mahal scene (2:35). That's clearly the Soarin' theme, but it also sounds like traditional Indian music. The percussion in the Great Pyramids scene (2:18) and the regional instruments along with the specific scale of notes played while flying over the Great Wall of China (1:50) are my other favorite examples of this technique--blending both the Soarin' theme we know and love with the cultural music of the individual scene.
Hi Steve, I'm sorry I wasn't here earlier this morning. Like I said I was because I didn't get the notification but it's okay. No worries but every time you go live most of the time I don't get your notifications which is really weird but it's okay. I always end up watching them afterwards but this morning I had a doctor's appointment and I absolutely forgot about it so I couldn't be here anyways. But anyway, hope you have fun and I hope to be be here for your next live and I hope the next time I do get the notification. It's weird, but don't don't worry about it. It's fine unless I wasn't paying attention or whatever. But like I said I totally forgot. I also had a doctor's appointment as well so I wouldn't have been able to watch anyways. It was just a last minute thing, but anyways hope you've had fun and I look forward to your many other live videos to come
