Thanks Josh for sharing yours and Lance's adventure. Althought the ending wasn't what you both anticipated or wanted you both performed admirably. Well done mate. I'll continue to follow you and anyone else on future adventures you undertake. Cheers
Mate, have really enjoyed your adventure to the tip and back. I feel for Lance but he seemed to take it in his stride. Thoroughly enjoyed your commentary .
Bugger of a way to end but boy what a trip . 😔 Those carb slide do crack on bikes with a few kays on them . For your next bike tow , foot peg to foot peg with just the rope wrapped one turn and your foot holding it down . I will miss this adventure, it was awesome 👌. Might catch you riding around the Goldie one day , can't miss my 400 as it looks like it has been to hell and back ten times .😅
Poor Sally... I sent Lance my thoughts and prayers... Lucky he had you to tow him to the next town. This is the second time I've seen a bike being towed... The first time was seeing Noraly aka itchy boots flag that guy down and then she managed to get towed to the next town and then over to the border crossing... watching that had me worried. Anyways... it was an epic trip and at least Sally managed to not die on the way up to the Cape.
Ended up watching this by following a link on Adventure Bike Riders Australia on Facebook ... too late I realised that this was the last part of you adventure. Really enjoyed it so now subscribed and binging the previous episodes. 👍🎥👍
Hats off to both you guys, I've done it twice on a bike from Brisbane. Lucky you 2 guys are young and fit ..no way I could have done what you guys did.
@@_JoshJB_ I only just got back from up there myself I'm an old bugger I was spent after the creb and southern tele...had a few tyre issues..( mag wheels) but just tubed them and made it home.
I was and still am reasonably sure a new slide would have got him home. Then a pull down to double check the damage. But we are all generals after the war .. good job guys
Jeeez Josh, what a Bummer of a way to end your joint adventure ride with Lance. 😥 But hey, what a couple of Legends..! Both you guys are certainly inspirations to all of us who are watching your long outback travels from our comfy lounge chairs at home. Good to see your own DRZ held up well, even with it having to perform the strenuous Tractor duty while towing Lance 155 kMs into Hughenden, because he’s a pretty solid built unit by the looks of him, so between his own weight, and his bike, it certainly wouldn’t have been a lightweight tow job for your own DR. A tough job, well done..! 😉👍
Great adventure mate! Thanks for sharing it. Was cool to watch from both your and Lances perspectives. Feel inspired to get up there on my yellow tractor now.
What a trip you both had , jealous 😅 Appreciate your time and effort delivering you amazing content mate , can't wait to see what's next on the agenda 🤘
You probably know this by now. But I. Pretty sure that is oil pressure release from the head. It looks like the little metal clip is not on the hose, but just down against the head, not clamping. If you Fixed it with Cable ties, then you basically done what the clip would/should be doing. Good series, and nothing wrong with Top Gear rules when necessary. As you said, in the circumstances, there wasn't much (/anything) to be gained by you staying.
I didn't know Josh really had a channel.. All this time watching Lances videos I thought he was like a mute or like that quiet guy in Penn and Teller... Turns out Josh is more entertaining then Lance :D
Not the way you want to end a trip, but at least lance found his way home. Great trip man, thank you for sharing hopefully I can do it myself one day
Absolute legends
Well done. Crappy ending for you both to what looked an amazing trip. But the memories will last forever I’m sure.
Thanx for the ride . Loved it .
What an adventure! Thanks again for bringing us along - really appreciate the extra effort it took to do that. 👍
