- This is my pros and cons video of my 2022 can-am the wrap I installed on it. I show you sneak peaks of some of the mods I have installed on Electra. If you are interested in buying a 2022/2023 Can-Am Ryker Rally, this video may give you some insight on what to look for. Thanks for watching and please Like, Comment And Subscribe.
Needed this video before I bought one. Food for thought
That is a VERY sharp looking Rally, nice job.
Thanks ❤️
also sling mod sells a better mirror that lets you see alot more, you just stick it on the factory mirrors, they work really great.
Some people are fearful of wanting to learn to ride a motorcycle. Rykers and spiders can give those people reassurance so they can go 2 wheel if they so please. Old bikers too old to hold their motorcycle up, can find that the 3 wheels can extend their passion a bit longer. It's not one side or the other. Both should be embraced. Anything else is a disgrace.
Your Rally looks awesome. I think the rally is the best looking of all the Can Am bikes.
THANK YOU.
Very Much APPRECIATED.
(Australia)
You're welcome
I
Got it
Hi there, you have an amazing machine and passion for bikes. I look forward to perusing your channel and wish you only the best. BTW, I own a gently used 2014 Spyder STS with a little over 25,000 miles. Have a great summer of riding!
Thank you for watching and support I really appreciate it
I got the 22 sport all black, didn't really feel like i needed to get the rally less money. Make sure to get security system on it
That's why the buyer should get Gap Insurance. Nice Ryker!!
Gap don't really cover that much, it's better to have just have regular motorcycle insurance
The riding feeling and movement is exactly the same with my yfz450 mx atv on road
Great video 📹
Very nice looking. Well done!
Thanks
She's a beauty 🔥🔥🔥😍😍😍
Thank you
Hello.
Do you know if they fix the key issue with the 2023 Ryker Rally Edition?
Definitely digging the pros n cons. New Rider and owner . ty in advance for your answers brother.
Damn that's a nice Ryker
hey fam , kool bike and vlog.. where u at in fl.?
Nice video, I just got a 2022 Can am Ryker Rally. Where did you get your red wheel center caps from. I like them and would like to get them. Thanks.
Hey!!! Where you buy the back rest, I like it, thanks!!!
That looks great and tastefully modded. What shift lever contraption is that?!? That looks like one of the best ones I've seen yet. I don't like the big jockey shifters but I'm short so it's hard to reach the OEM shifter.
You should also do another video of a slower walk around with all your mods and maybe a list of what they are and where you got them.
Thanks for watching and the support. The shifter is the "minimalist shifter" I will do a video on it and a mods video it's in the works thanks for the suggestions
They made this to be the inexpensive version of the Spyder so more people could buy one. Regular Spyders are much more expensive than $13,000 dollars. And if they add more quality parts as you suggest, you are going to pay even more.
Very cool
What is that rear storage you have on the bike. Does it snap on?
It is the Linq bag from BRP it is the OEM storage bag for the rykers. It had a locking mechanism that locks on to the "Max Mount"
Where did you get your foot pedals from
Amazon type in universal Harley floorboards
@@Trif3ction_Rydes thanks
Where did you get the backrest? Is it comfortable?
It's the SE backrest from slingmods...it's like $229 I got mine off ebay for half that
@@Trif3ction_Rydes I appreciate the info!
My main question is how does that seat feel after a longer ride? 2 - 3+ hours
Thanks For Watching, I commute 1 hour and 15 mins away for work sometimes on the ryker. I can not say you will feel nothing but comfort the whole ride, but I would say easily comfortable for a good 45 minutes.
If you ride about 2 hours you back and butt will hurt.
@tarhondajackson974 yep, I just did a 5 hr trip to the Smoky Mountains. Fun but painful.
Do yourself a favor & splurge for the ultimate comfort seat I drove from Orlando to Tampa & felt as if I got off the couch & I've had 3 back surgeries, expensive but well worth every penny
@@ricanryker6441 That's funny because that's the exact conclusion I came to after speaking to a friend of mine who has it.
Can any Ryker key start other models of Rykers or is it just the rally?
The Ryker keys are chip encoded. If the trike's ECM does not detect the key when clipped on, the trike will not start. It's the same with all BRP toys. Did you know there is another key available that is called a beginner rider's key? It reduces the power and speed of the Ryker. My Sea Doo jet ski has the same key features.
Its not hard to turn the handle bar while moving, the gas tank outer shell is covered with plastic but it is made of metal.
This is a beauty! I'm looking at getting a Ryker but more than likely the Sport model. What do you think on the 600 vs 900?
It depends on your preference. It is not a speed demon you dnt have to worry about flipping it, so I say go for the bigger, faster cc engine. I tested a 600 you can tell the difference
I just sat through the cons.
They basically apply to every motorcycle ever manufactured. I’m not sure what you expected… a three wheeled Camry?
OK, cons are cons. This was not a video on why not to get the ryker it's a video on what the title states, which was pros and cons, which are my opinions
If you buy one of these or a 4 wheeler or a snowmobile ALL Mfg now utilize plastic for most of their products. Just the way it is now days….
For all the reasons you listed as a con why did you buy it? Why didn't you send it back for a refund?
Those white wheels are just plain butt-ugly.
fun fact, you can literally use a magnet. there is no actual RFID in the key. And yes, I have one, a 22 rally, and I tested it with a fridge magnet. you don't even need a key.
Con. The gas gauge is trash. It is not accurate. You will run out of gas if you depend on the gas gauge.
Con. The gas tank is too small. You don’t get a lot of mileage.
Con. Too much plastic on the bike. You hit something expect for it to crack.
Lol All Facts
It's low to the ground because it's a rally mate!! It needs it for offroad riding and drifting..... it's also HIGHER than every other Ryker. Do some homework.....
I already know these things. This was a general statement. I would like a higher clearance. This is not a comparison video to other bikes it's my option on the ryker
the ryker rt are the most expensive'
There is no such thing as a ryker rt that is a spyder
I disagree with the hight and at night that thing is lit up you can see that thing
Did someone say exercise
Plastic, if it was metal it wouldn’t move forward, and if it was carbon the prize were skyhigh instead. It’s a ballance.
If it were metal and carbon fiber it would cost 25k
Good video, but stop moving the damn camera so much.. not a good look!!
$13,500 is not alot of money look at Harley's or Goldwings or any other touring bike they are in the high $20's this guys "cons" are normal on regular motorcycles, no power steering it is not a car it doesn't sit low, it has more lights than a regular motorcycle. This guy needs to buy a car and not ride on anything with less than 4 wheels.
These cons are for this particular vehicle. This is not a regular motorcycle. Also, these are cons I found for my bike you dnt have to agree, but that is your opinion. These are mine. Plus, a goldwing is not a ryker, not even in the same class. This is not even a comparison video for other motorcycles, so your comments really make no sense, other three wheeled bikes like the syder has power steering
@@Trif3ction_Rydes but you will pay 2 or 3 times more for a Pyder! 😂
@steveallen6244 yea, you pay more for a spyder, but you get more out of a spyder, and there would be pros and cons for a spyder as well. These are my opinions. I can like something and still want it to be a little cheaper
Lol motorcycle sure
Way to slow, expensive, and NOT A MOTORCYCLE!!! I test road one and was not impressed. You can get a street bike for a lot less and THREE TIMES AS FAST!!!
You missed the point entirely.
