Reedy- have you ever done much soft plastics fishing on the shallow reefs? Great way to get em
done plenty when i was younger .. bait is supreme ..
Yeah bait gets em, but hooking large snapper on shallow reefs as fun as it gets.

Do you bother fishing a spot eg. Carrum outer artificial if you don’t see a mark could you answer this question for early and mid season
early season , yes ... i dont worry about sounding marks did you not watch the video ?

@fishoihatecarp8207 its hard early .. I can suggest go with what you are feeling at that time.. anywhere in 7-11m in September your a chance , I feel the further north the more chance you are .. all the fish head north early ..

have in the past .. have caught that way.. but i dont think its productivy way .. used a barra lure that dives to 7m forgot that name of it sorry was a long time ago..
