The old Army and Navy Club have an old building ambience to it. Rooms and hallways are high ceiling. There is a well stock air conditioned library, board room for meetings, a pub with all the US army and navy emblems displayed on top of the bar. During that time only adult men can enter the bar. They have a fine dining room. There is a big food area where you can sit and look across the lawn and tennis area. There is a ball room at the back of the building.
The bedrooms in the second floor were basic. Big rooms with high ceiling but they are not carpeted. When you enter the building, you can see the names of the past presidents of Army & Navy Club from Admiral Dewey to the president of the club. The new build is nice but they took away the old charm of the building when they renovated it and were not able to retain it. If you watch Purple Heart starring Cheryl Ladd, they had a scene where you can see the old A&NC.
you have a very good channel. it would be helpful if it was captioned in english as well to give you the widest audience
I wish the administration would preserve rather than destroy or replace historical sites. It is part of our historical heritage that future generations would appreciate.

Ang ganda panoorin at malaman na kahit papaano, meron tayong mga historical buildings na narerepair at nagagamit.
Sana yung mga filipino billionaire businessmen natin maginvest din sa restoration and conversation of historical heritage buildings natin like ng ginagawa sa Japan and Korea. Sadly puro chinese kasi billionaire sa Pilipinas kaya walang paki sa Filipino heritage. Pinagigiba at tinatayuan nila ng very modern style buildings na hindi kakikitaan ng Filipino heritage and culture.

We were there noong d pa na rerenovate yan, Jan ginanap program ng Ronda Pwersa,a group if volunteer field reporter of radio veritas. I think year 1990's un, sira sura na rin Ang ibang sahig noon
