So, funny story about the peer pressure thing. When I was in highschool, my friends were smoking weed and they asked me to try it. I said no, so, as you can guess, the whole "come on, don't be a puss" thing happened. I still said no. Guess what happened? It just took two no's before they conceded and moved on.
Five years later and I'm still friends with them and they respect that I just don't want any part of it because it's illegal where I live, they know it (and anything that would abnormally change my mental state i.e. anesthetics or alcohol) would give me an anxiety attack, and that the smell just gives me a severe headache. They even make sure to stand down wind whenever they smoke and never do it in public when I'm with them. They even take it out of their car and off their person when I'm with them. The best thing about all of this is that they just did it. I didn't ask them to do any of that or mention any of it, they just saw how it was and are that considerate.
That kind of turned in to me singing praises of my friend but yeah, peer pressure isn't always severe so don't be afraid to say no.

The Derp Chaos Nah it’s not dying, but it’s definitely not as popular as it once was. I find it annoying how many people even use the term „die“ for this sort of playerbase. If you play it with the right people it can be so good, but on the other hand a lot of people playing it are also sadly very toxic.

If you play with toxic teammates thats just your trust factor screwing you over, it will adjust over time. Cheaters play with cheaters and toxic people, thats how the system works. About popularity, the game is defenitely still as popular as it was during 2015 - 2016. IMO people look too much at viewer numbers, the game isn't a popular streaming game yes but the game has one of the most dedicated players out there. It will all change when that stupid ESL facebook deal is over.
