To those who don't know, based on what Usain Bolt said about his diet in another video (an interview): He eats fruits at morning. He also eats starchy or high carb food at morning, cuz he has to train and hence needs that high amount of energy. His cook/dietician told him to avoid fried foods as much as he can, especially kfc, cuz he loves kfc wings. At evening (or night) he eats protein rich food. So what yall saw in this video is just the last point I mentioned, not his whole diet.

Excuses... obly supplement you need is creatine. Usain didn’t have 5* coach and chef his whole life, he didn’t even care about his diet untill he was around 15, and had normal trainer like you.
I'm 10 years late but, just look in back of what supplement boxes say, google up those ingredients, find natural sources replacements etc. I know it's not same genre, but, when I wanna get nice hair, skin, etc, I got not a dime to get those beautay products or supplements or liquid thingy for scalp and all that. I window shop online for BEST supplements and products, see what they got in ingredients, see whatever is direct ingredient like, "fancy shmancy hair leave in oil with aloe gel extracts" I get piss cheap aloe branch like thingy off grocery site along with rest of grocery delivery, youtube videos on how to cut aloe branch thingy, slice bottom, soak in water bowl to dissolve away toxic sht, then eat it wear it etc. Protein powdery supplements? quinoa, varities of millet grains, millet flour if u want to replace processed wheat in recipes, try not to powder/flour too many stuff up, it makes energy used up faster, keep things complicated, thick, tougher to digest, meaning steamed/boiled millets. veggies, leafy stuff, etc. now u still need some goblin caffeine creatine thingy, buy those, but anything else, don't buy them powders, make your own, very easy. in india here, we got 106 yo grandma, with thick grey hair, walk without cane, talk without issue, good eyesight, great memory, etc. why? cuz she old fashioned diet where millets n grains were more commonly preferred for people doing agriculture in MID DAY INDIAN SUMMER SUN, which is trust me, tougher than usain bolt's training. especially when the oxen is ploughing the field, but the plough's pointy thing keeps getting tossed out of ground, a person gotta dogwalk them oxens along, kick/push the giant machinery to dig into ground rather than bounce out, while the oxen drags it. remember oxens ain't rabbits, so that thing moving quite at it's pace, all this in insane 40+ celcius heat. folks don't got money for beef, pork, eggs, chicken, fish, etc. those are luxuries. millets porridged last night with onions as side dish is what they had for breakfast next morning, even lunch. it don't go bad for over half a day without refrigeration. especially when buttermilk is mixed, it gets sourer with time passing, but takes awhile to go bad. india's president invited the granny, at the global millet event thingy, had her put the silky cape or something over him, sort of like, congratulating him on whatever achievement it is. the person who congratulates or blesses, has to be of a certain degree of worth in said genre, this grandma, along with all i said, i left something out, she FARMS AT 106 AGE, think of all people in 60s going "oh no i can't bend down or knees go pop, can't walk stairs, can't poop easily, can't remember if i ate etc" meanwhile pappammaal (her name) is living the iconic life. it's what human body is capable of, without junk processed food, packaged food, natural simple stuff. search "pappammal" on youtube, even if u think her age is lie, look at her face, assume whatever age u think she is, ask yourself, when was last time u saw someone as old as her, being able to FARM in midday sun, walk without cane, have great memory, etc. "pappammal" once again.
