Am building an oil processing industry in my country and this is a great innovation for we Africans. I will be glad to see Sterilizer, thresher and then clarifier. I believe this company should be on the way to developing a full line interconnected down to nuts cracker, seperator, oil press and filter. Kudos to you guys. Please focus of industrial sizes that can produce 1T/H and above so we can stop purchasing machines from China and support our African innovators. I am Nigerian and look foward to encourage your company by purchasing your improved machines. Feel free to contact me as I will like to have your contact. Thanks and kind regards
Thank you for cheering. You are well appreciated. FINIC has designed and manufactured a palm oil press never seen before. We will continue to.make you proud.
Yes. It has to be boiled first unless one wants to prepare for fuits to nurse. The boiling makes the oil recovery greater and also destroys some chemical fighting agents that want to preserve the fruits.
Yes indeed. The sludge can be bio degraded for use as organic fertilizer. The kenel shells can be used to process bio char briquettes as fuel for the kitchens or ovens and the fiber as fire starter.
Through clarification. The sludge content is poured in the clarifier and heated to about 100 degrees Celcius. At that temperature, the oil having lesser density than water will float. That's how separation takes place
Good quality palm oil processing starts with the processing the fruits when they are fresh, ie soon after harvesting. For that, you need sterilizers that can steam Fresh Fruits Bunches (FFB). See our youtube video "FINIC 1 ton per hour palm oil mill" to see the sterilizers type. After steaming the bunches, threshing can then be done. The FINIC Palm Fruits Thresher is superb for the purpose. You can view it on UA-cam also. The first of it's kind.

Yes. The palm fruits bunches need threshing to loosen the fruits off the bunches. This is followed by steaming and digesting. Thereafter, the ensuing sludge is fed into the clarifier for separation of the oil from the water and other impurities. The good practice is to have the bunches steamed prior to threshing. This ensures the processing of good quality palm oil as the bunches are processed fresh.
Congratulations to your work, please which African Country are you guys stationed, I will need your complete details on how to locate you people to fabricate a chicken feed engine that produce 500kg of food peeled.

Thank you Mark. Sadly, we lost one of those girls - Ema- (the one who first poured the fruits into the machine) a year ago. Let us pray for her soul to be granted eternal life

After the maceration or crushing process, the sludge is taken to the clarifier which will separate the oil. It does not go through pressing. This machine works well for both the improved variety ~ Tenera and the wild variety ~ the Dura. Where as, the press works only for the Tenera
@@finicindustries2787 I can see that, it's a whole new concept when compared to the conventional digester/press system. What does your percentage oil extraction rate looks like when you process a tenera spp? Thanks
@@Holu54 The percentage extraction is dependent on several factors. The variety type, the water content, boiling/sterilization of the fruits etc. All being equal, expect an extraction percentage between 30 to 33%. We have just installed and commissioned this equipment in the central region of Ghana and discovered that the capacity exceeds what we rated it for. The rated capacity is 800kg per hour but it turned out to be 1,200kg for the same time span.

Must the engine be diesel driven why not petrol driven?
But you did not show clearly the palm nuts you fed into the matching is it already marched fruits?
Ok. Noted.
The palm fruits were well steamed/boiled not macerated prior to feeding into the machine.
How much does the machine cost and how can it be accessed and purchased?
Are u gunna re- extract the waste products for whatever oil could be stuck on them???
The next process is clarification of the oil.

👍👍👍👍
They put water in it. How they will be able to remove the water from the palm oil?
Through clarification. The sludge content is poured in the clarifier and heated to about 100 degrees Celcius. At that temperature, the oil having lesser density than water will float. That's how separation takes place
Qué bueno empezar por lo básico en meno escala y luego aumentarlo
Could you please translate?
nice one bro but uesd stainless steel next time to build it
How much water your use? I Think that is very much water.
GOD bless this company but that ladys are beautiful to do this work
Couldn't figure it out from the video, does the fruit need boiling or not?
Yes. The fruits must be boiled first to soften their oil bearing cells. The digestion process functions to puncture those cells to liberate the oil.
what do you do with waste fiber?
Use as fuel for the sterilization and clarification processes. We are using it to process firestarter we branded Easy Light.
Waoh! This is wonderful. Pls how much does it cost, how and where you can be located
