    Dude props to you for logging all these videos. I was waiting for you to post this one! I have a white 2016 GSF just like yours... except w/red interior. I've spoken with Lou about the prod and you're right, he's is pretty knowledgeable as he has a GSF as well. The stock ride is really rough and I was looking as to how I could smooth it out. Great to see the mod you did seems to have done the trick. I'll be following in your footsteps in a few months with this upgrade. Keep on posting!

    • @BulletsGarage

      Thank you man. I totally agree with you about the ride. The stock suspension is very stiff. When you go over bumps it’s it feels crashy. I noticed the smoothness of the coils as soon at I went over my first speed bump and man hole cover. It just absorbed it and was smooth. Love these coils so far. Lou is awesome. Great guy.

    Thank you so much for the detailed and inspiring video and tech tips on this CKS install, just put these on a GS350 base 4th gen, swift 12/10 with TOMs front strut bar and trunk bar. Dropped an inch in front and .7 in rear. Its a bit of work no doubt especially the rears to get the perch springs out, after that its pretty straight forward. A big shoutout to Steven at MIJ as well.

    • @BulletsGarage

    Nice video! But one thing you said caught my attention.. "This car rides much smoother and softer than stock". Isn't this the opposite result you want when installing coilovers? I usually upgrade to coilovers because I want more of a stiff and not smooth ("bumpy/sporty)" ride versus smooth and "bouncy/soft".

    • @BulletsGarage
      @BulletsGarage  6 років тому

      The stock GSF suspension is harsh and bumpy and way to hard for normal streets. I hated it. With the coils it rides how I like it. And I can always change the dampening to stiff if I want a stiffer ride.
