    Drls come when put in drive and sun has to hit sensor on the dash to activate the drls.

      Is this a question or a statement, either way. Yes

    Mine came in but i think the wiring was wrong. When i connected everything, the high beams would be turn on all the time, and when switched on the high beams, it would turn off and the drl would turn on…

      Could you possibly messed up the wiring when you disconnected the bulbs and you have the low beams connected in the highbeam spot and vice versa because they all have to go in the exact way needed. Otherwise, none of the lights will work properly I would just suggest going through all the wiring and making sure everything connected before you, have everything fitted into the grill area

      @@DanielZandstra Sweet. Thanks for getting back to me after all this time. I appreciate it. So no moisture or lights going out? Nothin of that nature? Believe these are the ones I’m gonna go for for my 04 RCSB Cateye.

      @@CPMUNSEY nope. No moisture no issue just do a once over before installing and read the instructions because they do help a lot.

    What happens with the lights when you unlock your truck with the key fob? Do any of the new lights come on when you press the unlock button on your fob?

    • @DanielZandstra

      Unfortunately, I don’t have any alarms on the truck so I can’t tell you But since it’s attached to the original wiring, I’m assuming if you have an alarm you can have it light up like usual

    do they light the road up good at night?

    • @DanielZandstra
      @DanielZandstra  3 місяці тому

      They are definitely a visible upgrade from stock headlights and they do illuminate the road well. I’ve been flashed before with other drivers thinking my high beams were on. So they are definitely brighter

    Those look like the same lights spark smith sells.

      Just checked them out and they are different. Every manufacturer has their own version/style of LED lights. I’m actually very pleased with these from Z off-road off Amazon.

    • @2015_Rubicnn
      @2015_Rubicnn 6 місяців тому +1

      @DanielZandstra I bought the same ones you have. It was just my observation that they are very similar. If you pull up pictures online from each website and put them side by side, I'd say they were the same. The price is obviously way more at spark smith, so I went with the Z Offroad brand.

    • @DanielZandstra
      @DanielZandstra  6 місяців тому +1

      @@2015_Rubicnn it’s supposed to be a Z pattern almost like what Audi digital matrix headlights do except they don’t auto track incoming traffic
