    PC Gaming for the win, I got the entire valve bundle for the fall sale. And the fact that you can use the source engine to teach students is unique and creative.

    Just a question: if orange light is absorbed and blue reflected, what happens to the other colours? Why don't we see the red or the green?

    • @ibchemvids
      @ibchemvids  5 років тому

      I think that the human eye does not see colours identically - (red light appears dimmer than the equivalent orange light) - so ROYGBIV - O = RYGBIV which appears blue

    is there energy levels in-between the 2 and 3 orbitals that split? The electrons de-excite in steps so the same photon isn't re-emitted and IR radiation or something with lower energy is emitted isntead?? This vid was sexy asf btw.

    • @ibchemvids
      @ibchemvids  7 років тому

      I would think so - but it is beyond the IB.

      Vladimir Nachev so why then organic compounds like sugar, alkaloids even inorganic salts all those are white for naked? eye and why some are even transparent, others black, but wait who said gold? :=
