Nothing confirms arale being immune to such things, Goku has no way of affecting her due to his lack of hax, simply put and or just isn't reality breaking strong like kratos has displayed several times in his life.

2 things that I feel like should be considered if kratos can beat goku is evil containment wave & how it would affect kratos, and zen kai boost that goku may potentially aquire from this fight if kratos can’t immediately beat him before he can recover.
Not to mention goku is an prodigy when it comes to fighting and could potentially find an counter for all of kratos attacks. Goku second fight with hit has goku planning for his potential death by deliberately releasing most of his ki to only revive himself later on with it, for example.
Kratos isn't evil he had a whole redemption in the new God of war series. He's not as good as goku, obviously, but he'd fall somewhere in line with vegeta. On top of that, Kratos is much faster and physically stronger. If Kratos grabbed goku, there wouldn't be much stopping Kratos from crushing him.
the term "evil" is extremely subjective and Kratos has his own Reactive evolution which is far more potent considering he evolved to 4d hax as a 3d demigod in ascension.
If ya boi Goku ain’t on the same dimensional tier as Kratos that Zenkai boost is irrelevant and beyond that Kratos also gets stronger as he fights and has more haxs so to act as if Zenkais win Goku the fight or is even overly significant is disingenuous.

I disagree with Kratos winning. My reasons being that Goku just massively outscales Kratos in terms of tier and dimensionality. Afterlife has been stated by super exciting guide to be without the concepts of time, and dbz follows Einstein’s theory of general relativity, and since space is inextricably linked with time, the Afterlife would have no concepts of space-time as well, and since space-time makes up dimensions and dimensionality, the Afterlife would have no concept of dimensionality. However that wouldn’t make the Afterlife 0D, it’d make it outerversal, because even though it has no dimensionality, it also transcends dimensionality as well. So the afterlife would inherently be outerversal according to super exciting guide and dbz manga (Goku’s statements about the afterlife). And since SSG Goku was threatening to destroy the entire macrocosm, including the afterlife, that would mean that Goku would also be outerversal. And Goku absorbs god ki (and ssg) into base, so base Goku should be outerversal. That’s my take on why Goku wins.
