The jig fits the Precision Router Base from Stewmac and you need to adjust some measurements if you have another Router Base.
    See the Router Base here:

The music is me playing on my homemade Baritone Guitar.

Hello, I've been wanting to do something handmade for a long time to be able to groove, I was able to find this video and it was very helpful. Consult, what size drill is used for the slot? 3mm flat or another measure?

Hi Christian. Yes, i used a 3mm carbide bit in this video. I sometimes also use a slightly smaller bit (2.38mm / 3/32"). It depends how thick a saddle you want.
The most important is that it has a flat top, so the bottom of the slot is dead flat and has full contact to the saddle.

I can't seem to find anyone that talks about the actual angle as best I can figure it's about 4 to 6°

Hi Glen. The angle can vary from guitar to guitar and I find it difficult (and not precise enough) to calculate it. So I find the perfect intonation point for the two outer strings and draw a line.
When the saddle is in place I fine tune the intonation for every string.

Notice that when this is printed it is not to actual size. Would be useful to know how much it needed to be enlarged to be actual size.

      Hi Josh.
It varies from printer to printer, so i print, measure and adjust printing size. It usually takes 2-3 times😊

The angle Can vary from guitar to guitar and various scale length.

Why didn't you put any dimensions in the video? Would have made things a lot easier. I did a lot of guessing.

I didn’t measure anything. The bottom part needs a hole that is bigger than the bridge and the top part should fit your router base😊
