    This is some good advice man. Everyones making videos about how to get clients etc but they aren't really talking about how to legitimise your brand and break into the industry

    Hi Cole, thank you for putting out the content that you do. I'm just looking at getting into Real Estate Photography. I'm out in the Palm Springs area and have been watching @itselijones videos until I just came across your channel. Any other advice for someone just looking to get started?

    Thanks. Where do you find a list of companies that hire real estate photographers as independent contractors?

    • @ColeConnor

      You're welcome! I don't know of a list, but I just go on indeed and search for real estate photo every week or so. I also have them sent to my inbox. You can also google them in your area.

      I would google real estate photography (insert city name) and then look at who is running google ads. Then look at the comapnies and just email them all. Most of them only hire freelance anyways, and some might not need help yet, but will in future@@youmarc11

    NICE video! thanks 🚨 question: In what size do you export the images for your portfolio?

    • @ColeConnor
      @ColeConnor  9 місяців тому

      Thanks so much!! I export them as full
      JPGS and upload to Aryeo. Then they send the client a MLS version and full rez. Before Aryeo, i exported at 2048 x 1536 ❤️

    Thanks man, amazing tips as always! Can you suggest me one thing please? I use a Sony a6000 and I shoot with bracketing but with this model of camera you can shoot 5 images only up to 0.7Ev difference and over 0.7 only 3 images (they limited the software…) so I shoot 3.0Ev3 instead of 2.0Ev3, but when there are very bright lights or bright windows I get very overexposed lights /windows even after merging the photos in Lrc with Lr enfuse. I even tried to drop the starting photo Ev by -1 but still the lights/windows gets too much over exposed, what can I do? Can’t really figure it out. Thanks a lot!

    • @ColeConnor
      @ColeConnor  Рік тому

      Hi there, I work for a few companies that require 2.0Ev3 and photos turn out great. I would shoot that and see how it goes. I think 3.0ev3 is def too much

      Other than doing the research and getting them one by way, I’ve also used softwares that automatically extract emails from web pages and even hired people on fiver to get them for me
