Michael Cole. During Lawler's heart attack, Cole's professionalism gained so much respect for one of the most hated guys in the business.
Big Boss Man. "Bought" by Ted Dibiase, realized it, and refused to be bought, declaring himself no thief, and returning the Million Dollar Belt AND Damien to Jake Roberts.
Boss Man is up there
Where is Big Show's 12134th face turn, that was one of the best I've ever seen
What one was that?
+SatchyIsHere
The 24768th wasn´t bad either....
Dude the 128340483938293829 one was way better
+the H What one was that?
+Ricky What
Bret Hart v Stone Cold was such a classic moment!
That Bret vs Austin was crucial man. Made Stone Cold into a main-eventer.
So glad Taker's shocking face turn in 1992 made the list. That moment gets so often overlooked. Jake was damn near the devil incarnate, and I was STUNNED when Taker saved Macho and Liz from the chair shot
Big Show: Quantity over quality.
Nah but he has quality
Both Owen and Bret Hart really changed Stone Cold's career
Virgil's face turn against Ted Dibiase at Wrestlemania 7 was pretty epic when it happened, even though WWE didn't do anything with it.
Actually his face turn was at Royal Rumble '91 when Virgil hit Dibiase with the Million Dollar Title
He's been quite lonely since.
The Miss Elizabeth, and Macho Man angle was just pure magic. The starts aligned perfectly for that moment. Never seen a wrestling angle involving love that gripping, and executed so well. Very much a tear jerker. The Austin vs Bret double face turn was so monumental for the business as a whole. That had impact felt for years.
"i spit in the face of people who don't want to be cool"
What about Triple H's return in 2002? I mean he left as a heel, then returned to one of the biggest pops ever..
Still a heel
He turned face though when he attacked Kurt Angle..
+Tickleism he was a face when he returned. he took the title from Y2J, who was a heel, at wm18. he turned heel in the summer on hbk.
"And they responded by telling him to go kill himself"
I know this is true but the way Adam so blankly states it had me in stitches...
Batista's final run in 2010 as a heel before leaving WWE was probably the best work of his career. He works better as a heel (or at least he did in that context).
I definitely agree. I was just thinking about that while watching this video.
+SolidSonicTH He actually asked creative to be a top heel when he returned. Unfortunately, they wanted him to be a face and look how that turned out. If they just debuted him as a heel, he may still be with the WWE to this day.
Batista face turn...all time best
10 Times WWE Made Adam Cry
+JoJos GameShow YES!!!!!!!!!!!!
Which one tho
You Forgot the Face Turn of HHH at Smackdown 3 weeks ago.
+Marrow LOL thats true
lmao
SmackDown's still a thing?
+Zink chaching When he kicked Roman reigns in the table multiple times haha
+Zink chaching When he smashed Romans face into a table over 20 times.
Making HHH a face.
Bret v Austin at WrestleMania 13 is still my favourite match of all time. I was 10 when I first saw it about a week after 'Mania (we didn't have sky so my Aunty taped it for us). I've got it on VHS (but no way to watch said VHS) and recently found it online on a Chinese version of UA-cam. Still a great match 19 years later
that shot of austin screaming and the blood running down his face is so iconic to this day!
Macho Man and Elizabeth is one of my all time favourite moments..
If you haven't seen the Austin VS Bret match then do yourself a favor and go check it out. It's a great technical match. Stone Cold was one of the best technical wrestlers ever, not to mention he wrestles one of the best technicians to ever be in the ring, Bret Hart. It's such a shame that Austin got hurt. He might've still been wrestling today.
Cena was heel in 03 using his doctor of thuganomics rap gimmick until 04 when he became face forever
Yes, in fact it's an understatement to call it a great technical match. It was one of the absolute best.
PS: Re Austin, not sure if one of the greatest, but still quite good. Imagine what WWE could have been were he still here :-(
What about Michael Cole saving Jerry Lawler from a heart attack?
I had that in mind...
Then Lawler no sold it when he came back. Went straight back to picking on Cole, never even acknowledged that man cried for you dammit.
I think he mentioned it once, feuded with Punk for a night and then all was forgotten.
I'm throughly surprised Big Show's trillionth turn isn't here, It came from absolutely nowhere.
I cannot believe there was absolutely no mention of Mr. Perfect's face turn in the WWE when he parted ways with Bobby Hennan. One of the greatest moments.
Lmao Adam basically roasting jack 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Bob Backland'S attempt to slam Yokozuna was hilarious.
How about a "10 Biggest Crowd Pops In WWE History"?
+ThePunisher026 +whatculturewwe wouldn't mind seeing that
Master Sartorius ziggler s Cash in would be in the top 5
That "Yes Chant" when Bryan turned on Wyatt was insane. It was so loud and in between yes's it was dead silent cuz every single person in the crowd was doing it. One of the greatest moments in Raw history.
Bret and Austin pulling off the double face/heel turn at WM...was just incredible the way they worked the crowd together
the best faceturn in my opinion was the shield, what a great face turn that was against kane (at first)
exactly
+Kevin Verwijmeren I was just thinking that, it was fantastic, no one saw it coming
+Monster Oh shit, you're cool man! You watched the Attitude era!
Just because a moment happened in one of the worst eras in WWE, doesn't mean that the moment wasn't one of the best. Stop living in the past.
Umeer Cheema ikr. I never said i disliked the moments in the video, but this 1 was just so good
+Kevin Verwijmeren it was good yes, but cant compare it to austin
I always cry when I see Randy and Elizabeth reunite. They were such a great couple.
It's so bittersweet that they're both gone. Especially Elizabeth, gone so young.
Ah the good ole days when the once mighty WWE was EPIC!!
Despite being thought of as an internet joke, Virgil's face turn on the Million Dollar Man Ted DiBiase was fantastic.
I'm early let me think of a Roman Reigns....
Roman Reigns
L
Brilliant. (Slowly applauds)
golf clap
OOOOOHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
+LolmastersTrollCreepySpinpastas calm down
Adam You forgot HHH's Return from injury on RAW January 7, 2002
Feels just like yesterday I got the notification for this video. That was was 4 years ago jeez time flys by when you're having fun
I was waiting for something new from this channel as I ran out of content. Then I was gonna close UA-cam and found this.Keep up the good work!
The Batista turn was just plain epic.
The thumbs down was epic irony, loved it.
I'm glad Cena was not on this list. He would be in the top 3 most important face turns, but his actual turn was pretty meh...
Bobby Heenan was so awesome that all it took for Andre to turn heel was to join the Heenan Family and later turning on Bobby, made him back to babyface.
I definitely got misty eyed when Ms Elizabeth and Mach got back together
Adam Blampied is my favorite person on the planet💗
*Adam Blampied needs to turn face again!*
+Brandon Howes He doesn't suit being a heel, just like Jack doesn't work as the only baby face. Adam for face, Pacitti for heel, and the rest are mid-carders tbh.
Great video as always Whatculture
You forgot about big show's 18th heel turn, that one was legendary
+Alec Jordan but that one doesn't count because he turned again like 10 seconds later
15000+ views in one hour. The last time a bunch of guys came this early, thousands drowned and we never saw Bingley again
spider5600 we need to save Bingley! #HelpBingley
Please do a "how WWE should have booked Damien Sandow"
gr8 list ur my fav member of whatsculture Adam
number 1 Vickie Guerrero!!! when Eddie's music hit I legit almost cried that was incredibly well done
Good guys are boring. Jack's push will never happen #BXFORLIFE
Just saw a "Where's Adam" sign on the 3-14-16 Raw.
Whatculture doing the Watchmojo, uploading top 10s every Day
500,000 Subs.
Congrats!
Hulk Hogan face turn 1999 was the biggest for me. Even bigger than Hogan turning face at WM 18. 1999 with Goldberg and Sting - him turning face, people cried - and I have never seen a crowd lose it like that an entire match. (Except Hogan vs Rock)
Excellent point!
Hogan was still somewhat of a heel at WM18
the biggest waste of a wrestler in my opinion is Dean Ambrose. He is so awesome and yet the writers never do anything with him.
Y'all stay sleeping on Adam Pacitti's face turn. That is the most underrated turn of all time.
Videos are getting pumped out a lot more. Like. A lot
Randy Orton in 2004... :(
Michael Coles face turn after lawlers heart attack
He should never have been a heel in the first place. That was the worst angle WWE ever did. (And yes, I am indeed including the Gobbledy Gooker.)
@@SeasideDetective2 u forgot many more
Man I was drooling and just found it!
I have to say, I think Michael Coles turn from heel to face after Jerry Lawlers heart attack on Raw was definitely my favorite face turn in recent memory.
Best face turn was of big show who is now on number 3443 face turns
John cena needs to turn heel like
awais iqbal a7x He will do when he faces Undertaker at Mania 33
how you know lol
lets just hope it happens
awais iqbal a7x we'll probably the adults will boo him and the children will cheer him Idk just a guess
awais iqbal a7x well probably the adults will boo him and the children will cheer him Idk just a guess
2:26 HAHAHAHAHA just spat my drink out!!
great video adam
What about Sgt. Slaughter wanting America back?
No?
Okay 💀
This video will be so cringey in 2 years time when the intro is horribly outdated
ImaPlayThis u were right😂

The fucking crowd from 18 gave me goosebumps.

Whoop whoop!
Great list!
Wow, just learning about it now but that Luger turn was A+ material. It just sounds so easy, tugging at American kneejerk reactions, but God it was so magnificent.
hay can you do top 10 best heels in wwe history it would be awesome hint the miz 1.
huh I have always cheered for Batista even against Bryan
me too
Dalton Sheltra Then we must be the gods of Wrestling fans
Hunter Wade Yeah we are! I just don't understand why people hate him so much, I was Hella hype when he returned at the Rumble and was really hoping he'd win the belt too!
Dalton Sheltra Yeah on wanted Randy over Bryan
Adam from WhatCulture: Loves the CM Punk pipebomb and remembers Batista only for his last run.
But in all the Batista talk in this video he barely mentioned that and mostly talked about Batista leaving Evolution...
Hahahah that your dad joke had me crying
Really miss the brand split 😐
Andrei Felix Lorenzo didn't take long after your comment to return! Spooky....
Leave Jack alone!! #PacittiClub4Life
NO! NO! NO!
Mr. Perfects face turn! Loved The Brain's reaction when it happens (after he, in a fit of anger slapped Perfect). "I'm sorry! I'm sorry!"
Well, Jericho's face turn tonight was one of the best I've seen, well executed.
"Battleship"
*CoughcoughAircraftCarriercough*
You sunk my aircraft carrier?? :P
I was gonna say a sex joke, butt fuck it
+Macedonian Gamer You typed it wrong.
+TekkenToshin How?
You didnt get the joke
Macedonian Gamer I get the joke.. You just told it wrong.
Macedonian Gamer It's old. Not sure why you thought saying old jokes would make you funny though..
You forgot John Cena, Eddie Guerrero, a lot really.
Roddy Piper in 1986.
What's unique about it was that there was no one televised incident. They just booked him in arena matches against the Iron Sheik. I was at one of those, and the crowd went nuts for him like I've never experienced before or since. For no specific reason. Nothing had changed about him.
Hey... Some of us like Trump....
Lol you're funny
Michael Sattler lol I bet President Trump isn't funny now huh bitch!
Jim Morales trump is a butt fucking douche bag
I never liked Steve Austin. He's so boring compared to so many others. Endurance...who cares.
+Sirion ...
Trollolololo
lol.
Banter
I like him but he's incredibly overrated
Adam with the shots fired!
Totally agree with the Bryan vs Bray face turn. What made that awesome was the very slow build up of the Yes chant. It started slow and then gradually got quicker.
What made that even more amazing (but sad in the end) was that Bryan said he couldn't remember most of that night due to a concession he took during that match. Very sad in the end, but it was an amazing end to a RAW episode in years.
Jack is my favorite person at what culture just because of the fast lane reactions when Susie said "something about tamina is just beautiful" and jack replied with "no she's not" and I was crying 😂😂 he's hallerious
dis is just good stuff
I was there when Bryan turned on the Wyatts in Providence. Truly amazing moment I am proud to be apart of
Good job! I was kinda hoping for HBK & Eddie' face turn, but it isn't my list, it's your's and it was nice.
I ain't crying....Shut Up...SHUT UP! Lol I love it
I think the best one is when undertaker turned into the American badass
#3 was f'n amazing because it wasn't even planned to happen until after the match. But instead it just happened during the match, organically.
Daniel bryan face turn was a great moment i've never seen in years!
When Macho Man turned face the first time with Hulk Hogan and formed the Mega Powers... that was pretty historic and the beginning of a great long running story line that ended with the second face turn
"Hey Brother!" "Ohhh yeah" hahaha 2 funny for me xD
Stone Cold Steve Austin was locked in one of the most vaunted submission moves in wrestling history, second only to perhaps Ric Flair's Figure 4 - the Sharpshooter - with a mask of crimson running down his face, and he REFUSED to submit. He was the heel in the match, but after that moment, everyone knew that, like Austin always said, he was the toughest son of a bitch in the WWF. The wrestling world has never seen a greater, or more important, face turn. Ever. One of my all-time favorite moments - and matches - ever.
Perfect teaming up with Savage. It was a beautiful thing.
