This to me proves that TC didn’t have to be recast as Kratos. Judge did a phenomenal job don’t get me wrong, but it’s insane that the reason they gave for the recast is “TC’s physique didn’t match the ingame model, since we’re using mocap” hello? They did that here, TC looks nothing like Kratos back then as well but it’s the movement that matters. TC will always be Kratos to me.
it's a BS reason but it was primarily because of how much resources it took to mocap TC Carson and then making a new Kratos model to adjust for Carsons mocap... it isn't as productive as how it's always been before Ascension since TC Carson was doing the lines while there was a whole mocap actor acting as Kratos.
I think we should make an organization and try to make them switch back to TC, or just tell them you can keep the current Christopher Judge Kratos, but make another TC Kratos game. What do you think?

I know, i wish if we’d see the young kratos in the newer games (upcoming ones) that he would have tc’s voice, it fits that young kratos look. It would be weird of we see his past life moments with such a deep voice

4 is a great game, but i really hope the boss fights are better in 5 and there is a bit more enemy variety. the valkerie fights were so good, not sure why they didn't have any of the story bosses match them in tensity and challenge. after playing 4, i'm a bit worried the thor fight that everyone is looking forward to will be a bit disappointed. overall i really like 4 a lot and i'm sure i'll like 5 a lot as well, there are just those couple things that could be so much better.
@@collinz126 at least he's good at using different voices. like in this game i never would have guessed that was troy by that voice. only 2 games i recall him sounding the same in is persona 4 and ff13. i played ff13 long before p4 and the moment i heard that voice in p4 i was like "that's snow.".

As much as people say this was least favourite game i appreciate it, but this game is still a hell of an awesome game, i oved the elemental baldes and the first boss and pullox and castor boss were both epic asf

they should have stuck with having a new director for each game. the first time they kept the same director for 2 games in a row resulted in the worst gow game. it was too similar to 3 but worse in every way, and it's the only gow that feels glitchy to me, no real major bugs but i can't really explain it, it just feels mildly glitchy throughout most of the game.
@@Jack_80 I'm pretty sure it was the combat system. That alone kinda didnt do it for me. Once I was able to do the normal melee attacks when the bar filled up, the game was exponentially better.

@@UruseiYatsuraFans Because they need someone to do the motion capture and voice acting at the same time to maintain high quality. They recast Kratos because doing the motion capture with TC was a nighmare because he is so much shorter and skinnier then what Kratos is suppost to be. They would have to make the whole game with Chris Judge then just dubb over everything with TC like they do for other languages, that would be weird and wouldnt make much sense for people that didnt play the old games.

They needed a mature voice for Kratos, tc couldn't do longer monologues since his voice is more of a screaming type which was awesome for younger Kratos. But now, the game requires lots of time and effort, Christopher was chosen because of his size, movement as well as voice which TC couldn't do (he mentions it in an interview that he's smaller and doesn't walk intimidating). So stop it, accept what a masterpiece Christopher is as well and move on. Appreciate what is at hands.

a lot, you can look up the cast of all the bigger games and probably find his name in half of them and you'd never know it because he gives every character he does a unique voice and they are all very believable. i couldn't believe snow from ffxiii was the same voice as joel from the last of us the first time i found out, i would expect his voices to sound more forced when they are so different, but somehow they all sound natural and believable.

a lot, you can look up the cast of all the bigger games and probably find his name in half of them and you'd never know it because he gives every character he does a unique voice and they are all very believable. i couldn't believe snow from ffxiii was the same voice as joel from the last of us the first time i found out, i would expect his voices to sound more forced when they are so different, but somehow they all sound natural and believable.
