thank you for great content, it answers the big elephant in the room, do we really need to pull for W-Engine or not, and how other alternative performance for each other. Keep up the good work brother!
@@Kongyewest This is what I am doing. Her wengine is nice but it's nothing gamechanging, what she really wants is impact main stat. Just slap a stun engine on her and she will be fine. The 12% daze on her engine is kinda nice but the 18% damage is of questionable value given she already provides 25% and %dmg as a stat is usually very saturated in damage dealer's kits -- that 18% damage would actually math out to half or even less ACTUAL increased damage dealt for most damage dealers, so not as amazing as it seems.
@@MultiStormsoullol, "nothing special" Caesar weapon is the most busted Wengine we've seen since release but the fact is it doesn't have a strict requirement so it will be useable on literally every future defense unit
No cap, I'd go for her M1 before her weapon. Sure the extra daze and damage are very nice, but resist down is such a RARE stat I'd definitely go for her M1 in my opinion.
This wouldn't be such a bad idea if weapons were not only significantly cheaper than Mindscapes but the fact that there zero decent f2p alternative engines for Caesar also doesn't help.
@@RafaelBanks69 I think it's an overexaggeration to say there's 0 decent f2p alternatives. As shown by the Peacekeeper god run, Caesar can perform similarly well to her signature despite not even having extra impact, given similar situations. Even ignoring clear times they both stun in about 3 parries so impact main stat engines might not even be the best option on Caesar - big cylinder and spring embrace clear times at least show that having extra dmg on Caesar outperforms the impact bonus of original trans. Peacekeeper was at ~90% daze meter after 3 parries and Rina finished it off, getting 90% with no extra impact scaling suggests that a-rank stun engines will perform nearly identically to the signature in terms of parries required to stun. Think of it like bullets-to-kill in shooters, i.e. a 33 dmg per bullet gun performs identically to a 25 dmg per bullet gun against 100 hp enemies, both would kill in 4 shots despite 25 per bullet being 25% lower dmg in comparison to 33; 78 daze is only 20% less than 97 daze, suggesting a similar logic would apply. Signature does 21 daze from a parry in the combat testing and Peacekeeper does 19 daze per parry, so seemingly the threshold for signature to outperform in terms of stunning BARELY exists for the W-Engine's which *don't* scale with impact and in practice/reality you'd get that extra missing 5% daze percentage from a literally anything instead of *needing* another parry. Ofc the signature run was a bit sloppier than the Peacekeeper god run, primarily due to not keeping Rina buff up as well, but purely taking into account Caesar's performance as a stunner you lose very little by not having her signature; what you're really losing is a ~100 base attack and the extra supportive capability. TL:DR She's S-tier sustain, S tier stun, A+ tier support, B+ tier dmg(maybe even A tier?); the signature w-engine simply takes her to that S tier support & ~A+/maybe even S tier dmg range. You get to forgo impact entirely thanks to getting increased shield scaling, increased daze percentage, and the w-engine replacing your disc drive impact, effectively allowing you to build a more dmg centric Caesar with crit subs and atk% on disc 6 without really losing any efficacy as a stunner/shield support. Or maybe anomaly Caesar would work(Disorder w/Burnice?) Idk that's a whole other rant to go off on lol.
I'm going to summon on her wengine because I'm guarantee the next featured unit (got caesar then nekomata), and I'm skipping 1.3 units. Caesar is future proof like zhongli in genshin, so imma try to get her engine and save for future dps units of different elements.
If I get her early I might just dump rest of my polys on W-Engine Channel, probably won't get shit because I only have 70 with 80 pity and guarantee pulls but at least I will be "building pity" for future DPS W-Engine if I need it. And I don't have any 5star Impact% Stun engine anyways.
5:50 You blind or something? Big Cylinder literally dealing almost 70k damage right on your face, while the others settled around 50K, and you place it on 5#?
You should’ve done one with a stunner w-engine, so we could compare.

I'm gonna try out a wacky build first before I think about pulling weapon, and only if I win the 50/50
Might be sippin on hopium, but I’m hoping that they will release an even defense hopium that has impact considering there’s no free option
Also thoughts on just running a stun wengine just for the impact %?

when you trigger the electric anomaly you inflict the shocked status which causes enemies action to be interrupted

In the top left corner under the decibal meter it says interrupt when you parry with the shield. Pretty neat little detail but good video!

When will she come out?
Late Tuesday or early Wednesday depending on your location after maintenance
Or...You can build crit stats+impact disk6+any S stunner or attacker wengine AND GO HAM YO!!!
I think Flinch which is happens after Assault is applied is a for of Interrupt. Their is also a Burn version.
Everyone showing the signature for this unit… is just idk
