I love the song"Weak In The Knees". I also loved that he let the group Three Times Dope used his song in one of their rap songs. Steve was even in the video...lol

Now what’s goin on is, all of this Autotunes, robot music, angry Rap music has been goin on for years biting off the Oldschool music. And, these artists on these TV shows and award shows and stuff who, people swear up and down that they can sang!, no they can’t. Not like those in the Oldschool, and these new ones in the Ne RealSchool comming out since 2008. Compare Kecia Cole and Beyonce to Renee Diggs from Starpoint, Melisa Morgan, Minnie Riperton, Oleta Adams, Cherrelle, Terry Dexter from now’s generation, and too many others to name. She’s regular and they all call her a star and think she can sang, both Kecia Cole and Beyonce. It is amazing what people will fall for. Slowed down Oldschool grooves, the whole song with somebody’s running rappityrapyapyap mouth, whiney horny men and women singing about some boody, plastic cynthacized beats, autotunes robot music, angry music, and just because these money people push it and people get to see their faces on TV, they swear that they’re great when really, it’s the exzact oposit. This is why, I so appreciate Steve Arrington and everybody else you interview because we need our real music back. It is comming back though, I wonder who listens besides me. There is a beautiful new movement of music comming out that sounds just as good as what we grew up with. Yes, the groove has changed but it’s close and I’ll take it with a bunch of love. Here’s some of the artists. Terry Dexter,, Steve Arrington’s new music as you know, Damfunk, Terry Lyne Carrington, Jaguar Wright’s music, Diamond Ortiz who sounds like Roger and Zap but is not a coppycat. Zackey Force Funk, Cool Million, The Whispers newer music, Lori Jenaire, Confunkshun’s newer music, Tye Gunn who does Funk, Bootsy Collins newer music, Zootzilla, Adrian Younge who is an Analog music genius and nobody knows it. Terri Toben, Alex Isley, Rahsaan Patterson, Helen Bruner and Terry Jones, PTFI who does Funk, Ledisi, Sarah MK, some of Starpoint’s newer music, J. Henry who is this generation’s Barry White and he can play saxophone, Teena Marie’s newer music before she left, George Duke’s newer music before he left, Angela Munoz, The Delfonics newer music, and Skp Martin from The Dazz Band’s newer music. What’s goin on is, the Oldschool artists are comming out with beautiful newer music, Newschool artists are comming out with newer music. I just hope enough people don’t miss the boat. Much much love.
