As a mariners fan, seeing them get booed is the most beautiful thing ever. Last year we got a taste of what it's like being a good team, and it's time we don't take this bs anymore.

They look like they are sandbagging, for draft, ya think there's other teams ahead, so new batting coach,new fielding coaches, what gives. The other night was heartbreaking 💔

Death by a thousand blisters. Miller looked damn good early there, a shame he had to end up leaving early. 6 Ks through 3 innings and he was slashing through that Rays order. Who knows what happens if he didn't have that blister

bullpen still would have blew it and thinking an all star like arozarena only hit that home run off bryce cause of the blister is total cope. When you're throwing nothing but fastballs you're gonna get wrecked around the 3rd 4th inning

I actually like the Mariners city uniform, it's really unique with the blue jerseys and black pants. They did win against the White Sox in them the last game.
@@Navek2286 I hate the road grays, so glad they got rid of those as I noticed the Ms and Rays are the only two teams not wearing their road grays this season as a Jays fan I wish we would've ditched our grays as it's so boring.

I've been a Mariners fan since they turned the lights on in the Kingdome. This team ALWAYS finds a way to break your heart. This year's edition isn't even that bad, comparatively--we're hovering around .500 and have a few players who are fun to watch.
Don't let the record fool you. When they choke a lead away, it's one thing, but when they refuse to compete afterwards, then yes, time for the boo birds.
Big difference when they stop trying.
Especially last year's trades like Eugenio Suarez and Luis Castillo his heaters velocity average 98 almost every pitch he definitely is a threat
There record would be good if they had situational hitting. That’s a good sign for 2nd half perhaps.

Rays Still manage to often beat them ! Rays have a much lower payroll and are respected by every single MLB team for how they accomplish what they do ! And admit they can’t seem to do it themselves. Not just me, read the sportscasters. Your choice of course, but just giving you reason to like/love the Rays. My son lives in Calif and of course is a Dodgers fan, but still also likes the Rays. Makes good sense to me.

Now i’ll never “love” the Rays, but I do respect their skills and it is a joy watching them play…when it’s not against the Yankees lol

I'm worried about him. His velocity and spin is way down. I'm sure the pitching staff is on top of it, though.

Good Grief! Took our Mariners 21 years to finally....barely, make it back to the Playoffs last year. Apparently that was just a hiccup. Still the most consistent team in the history of all major sports. 👎

I thought this was gonna be like another game 1 instance against the Diamondbacks...McClanahan was all out of sorts. However, this is just how good the Rays offense is.

I like these uniforms, but they got beat in them badly. I'm so glad overall the Mariners got rid of the boring road grays. I noticed the Rays is the other team that ditched their road grays too. I like their light blue jerseys.

Quite the opposite considering the Bullpen has been the weakest link on the team. Maybe they get better as the season goes, but they've been killing the Rays the first half of the season.

@@scranemdranem336 How are the Braves inconsistent? have you watched them? they went 21-4 last month. the Braves were the only team that didn't lose a series in June. they had a cycle were they would lose a game and than go on a 5-8 game winning streak than lose a game and than do it all over again.

when the management even gives up on the team, then it is also time to change the management.. Pathetic. Miller can't carry the whole team. I watch the batters that over swing, I still see some players that still could show up and collect the pay, others that need an adjustment of pay or should give the pay envelope back. what kind of management is it that quits trying. the term professional doesn't fit the majority of the mariweeners'
can't speak on it personally, but when you compare to NHL players these finger "injuries" just come off as soft
It's really not. Hockey doesn't require the obscene amounts of precision pitching does. The margin of error is microscopic. Pitching is also lowkey one of the single most physically demanding positions in all of sports. There's a reason pitchers only play every week or so, and almost never for a full game.
If this were and in/outfielder or dh getting pulled for blisters it'd be fair. Pitching is not such a case
