- "Comic Relief '90" was held at New York's Radio City Music Hall on May 12, 1990, and aired live on HBO for five hours. Within two weeks the charity event had raised $8.6 million to provide health care for America's homeless. (Rhino Video released this compilation of highlights four months later.)

I can remember watching this as a kid. Comic Relief was a real event. I cant believe how many performers here aren’t with us anymore. So many hilarious comics and its easier to count the ones who aren’t dead. Thanks for uploading this.
You're welcome!
Same. If you were a fan of comedy like my family and friends were this was like mass.
richard lewis, joan rivers, bob saget, robin williams, we miss you so much. rest in peace fallen stars
😢 Anyone else getting teary eyed watching this...❤Robin Williams ❤
Yes and Bob Saget
I sent this to my little brown and he called me back in tears talking about how great Robbin Williams was and how much he still thinks of him all the time. We were kids of the 80s, he was a humongous part of our childhoods🥺😢✨🩵✨ RIP. Sir, thank u for SO MANY good times.
Lol LITTLE BROTHER 😂
It's sad that I find myself watching this June 1, 2024, and we still deal with homelessness in America. I think it's worse now than it's ever been in my lifetime, I'm 42. It's overdue for Americans to rise up and stand together. Something's got to give!
46.😢 Same here
These were Great!!! 👏🌟💘🎬
I AM SURE losing ROBIN WILLIAMS hurt these 2 the hardest! My favorite all-time scene in a movie is the GOOD WILL HUNTING bar scene & the OSCAR wins 4 them. I relate waaaaay to much to MATT DAMON'$ character...loved his collaborative book about H20 BTW.
Such wonderful collsboration. So many said yes, for the cause . . . Great times, and we didnt realize, how great . . .
Crazy and sad that Elaine Boozler's set is still relevant in 2024
It sucks that this is the only comic relief with any footage online. Don't get me wrong this one's great, but I'd love to see the one from 86.
This is the only one on UA-cam? That surprises me. Unfortunately, this is the only one I have. I think I saw part of the '86 special during an "HBO free weekend" that year. Did Michael Keaton do a few minutes of stand-up during that special?
There is SO much on youtube. @robertcass, thank you for this :)
Watching in 2024 and Joan Rivers is still the funniest of them all.
They need counsellors that love and trust them. Simple as king David.
I'm sorry what I think you're in the wrong conversation you might know what you're talking about but the rest of us are mystified and frankly a little scared of you. Cage in your crazy please😂 I'm full up. Thanks
@47:34 The Simpsons > Dana Carvey. Man, I miss the '90s before the world went to hell-in-a-handbasket.
Bob Saget 😇❤
May he rest in peace
Red Letter Media brought me
Really? Do you have a link? Thanks in advance!

@@edwardwebb5636 Thanks again! I'll check it out.
Great improv at beginning. Today's comics are podcast lightweights in comparison.
Stephen wright ftw. Low brow, subtle, para prosthekian.
A reminder to just how hot Jane Pauley is….
"I agree," said Garry Trudeau.
I was about 7 years old when I watched CR 90 on VHS. I watched Steven Wright, Bobcat Goldthwait, Paul Rodriguez and George Carlin. Carlin and Wright, as we speak, is still in my head. Carlin's joke "Have you seen golf on TV, IT LIKE WATCHING FLIES FUCK!" The delivery literally made me piss myself, I shit you not. Wright's dry deliveries with his jokes and smartass remarks was gold to me. Fuck, Paul Rodriguez, this video left shit out, like when he was in a store getting robbed. That was fucking great.
I have kids spending over 1900.OO a month and the provisional government is doing nothing about that and the street people.. I will not support the NDP any longer.
#HowCanImakeThisAboutMe
Right? I was assaulted, I called the police & I was arrested! I was in the middle of starting an Etsy store and getting a C○-0P record label off the ground and I kept asking the younger ones IF THEY WANTED JOBS. no, not really, but they would like $$$!
So sue me.
Better yet, we'll ignore you. Lol I'm sure you're used to that😄
👏🏼👏🏼💖What a great blast-from-the-past!! Thank you!! Seemed hard to believe then that things could get worse, but they did & looking back those were better days, eh?🥲🤟🏼✌🏼
