My grandparents immigrated from Holland after WW2. I fondly remember spending many lovely Sunday afternoons at Opa and Oma's eating so many of the things you highlighted in this video.
They've both passed away, but this video has been such a wonderful hit of nostalgia, I'm tearing up a little bit. After all, no one cooks quite like your grandparents.

I think you had a pretty nice taste of our food but, only one real diner, the rest was junk food. That sandwich hagelslag taste a lot better if you put peanutbutter on it first and top it of with the chocolate sprinkles 😉. And your right, the stroopwafels are better naturel. But that shop is made for the tourists and they love it. Dutch people like the plain ons better 😅. I think Germany, our neighbours, have nice food as well.
