- This video will help you understand how to enter the Alpha state of mind easily. Jose Silva in his book, The Silva Mind Control Method, explains what one needs to do to reach the Alpha, or meditative, level of mind. One of the beauties of meditation at the Alpha level is that you cannot bring your feelings of guilt and anger with you. If these feelings intrude you will simply pop out of the meditative level. As time goes on, they will stay away longer, until one day they are gone for good. This means that those activities of the mind that make our bodies sick will be neutralised. The body is designed to be healthy. It has its own healing mechanisms built in. These mechanisms are blocked by minds not trained to control themselves. Meditation is the first step in Mind Control; by itself it will go a long way toward setting free the body's healing powers and giving it back the energy once squandered on tension. When you are daydreaming, or just going to sleep but not quite there yet, or just awakening but not yet awake, you are in Alpha. Mind Control people call this "inner consciousness." When you are asleep you are in Alpha, Theta, or Delta, not just Alpha alone, as many believe. With Mind Control training you can enter the Alpha level at will and still remain fully alert.

Hi! I practiced in this morning and le me tell you my experience. I woke up at 9 A.M., i was at bath and put the alarm at 9.15 A.M. Started at 9.02. I started to countdown and visualise the numbers. After i finished, the alarm ringed. Normally the countdown (100 to 1, with 2 sec pass -> around 3 minutes). I guess i was in deep relaxation and time was relative.

I just did this, first time, 15 mins ago. I managed to get into single numbers, but then realised I had stopped counting and lost concentration, darn it LOL................. Still in a very peaceful place though. Thanks for sharing this !

Say this mentally before you come out of your Level;
" I will slowly come out as I count from 1 to 5, feeling wide awake and better than before.... 1,2 - prepare to open your eyes - 3 - open eyes - 4,5 - eyes open, wide awake, feeling better than before"
Use the Hundred to one method for ten mornings. Then count only from 50 to 1, then 25 to 1, then 10 to 1, and finally 5 to 1, Ten mornings each
From the very first time you got to your alpha level, use only one Methode to come out of it. This will give you a greater degree of controlling against coming out spontaneously.

I am doing this for the last 30 days and it seems that the benefit is coming from the fact that I am more mindful and disciplined to do it daily. Once we are mentally disciplined , we will see physical changes in our world. I count 1500-1200 and visualize the numbers and try not to make mistakes in seeing each number. This should be done 3-5 times a day for best effects.
That's great to know. However, counting must be done from 100 to 1, 50 to 1, 20 to 1, 10 to 1 and 5 to 1.
@@MindandNature101 yes, initially I tried 100-1 50-1 10-1 and 5-1. It worked well and I am practicing Alpha level meditation every day. It has improved my confidence and concentration and I am more balanced in dealing with daily work.

I recently read the book and began the morning exercise to enter the Alpha state. I get very bad headaches and often wake up with them so doing this in the morning is sometimes quite difficult and I have to skip a morning here and there. When I finish and use the method Silva teaches for coming out of it, I don't really notice much difference except maybe just very peaceful. I will keep it up.

Give stimulus to your body in such way that it will be going to bed at certain time so you can get enough sleep and rest and wake up pretty early, by its own, without an alarm. Have a watch (analog one, preferably) near by, and keep your mobile phone away and muted during such time, it's crucially essential. Early morning is the ideal time for meditation the earlier the silentest, less to none disturbing factor to interrupt your meditation state.

Hi. I just wanted to know the overall protocol for going into level. Do we use the long relaxation or a short relaxation? How long shoukd we do the long relaxation till we can directly go to the 3 to 1 method. Help!
Hi Rishabh, it all depends on where you currently are. The long method is for people who have never done it. If you've done it for a while and you feel that you are ready to use the 3 to 1 method, you can do that. One technique could be where you use the 3 to 1 method at the beginning of the meditation and then to enter deeper state of relaxation use the 10 to 1 method.
I wish it was guided with a voice. Once I close my eyes to look into the eyelid at 20 Degrees, I have to open them back to be able to read what I should do next.

It’s preferred you close your eyes. Closing your eyes helps your brain function at a lower frequency. Yes, doing this morning and evening will help you a lot.

i tried this and at the end of 10 days i was able to count down by 2's from 100 to 1 very easily. thank you. At first i had a real difficulty because when i got down to two i could not see how to step down to 1 by 2's. I would always end at zero. By the end of the 10th day I learned how to go from 10 to 8 to 6 to 4 to 2 and then like a miracle, to 1 !!!!! My joy was overwhelming and I felt a rush of enlightenment upon the world of which I shall now conquer!

Last time I did this, I was counting down from 100 and around 50 I suddenly got very extremly Dizzy and thought I was going to pass out. Anyone experienced something like this?or is it just me 🤷♀️

Distraction will only push you out of Alpha. This can only be made better with practice. I would suggest try sitting in a quiet room.

Entering the Alpha is the first step to Jose Silva's mind control method. The Alpha dimension has a complete set of sensing faculties. You could use the method to relax, end insomnia, relief from illness, studying more effectively etc

Whenever I Meditate to keep my eyes at 20° after some time my eyes automatically come to the normal postion. How to keep eyes at at 20°?
That’s fine. Let it come back to its normal position. When you’ll put too much attention in doing that, you’ll tend disrupt your meditation flow.

It's like closing your eyes and letting your eyes roll back into your head
After you close your eyes just slightly move your eyelids upwards. Shouldn’t hurt your head or eyes.

I had the same question, as it says you should go back to bed -where you usually lay down- but then it shows lots of people sitting for meditation. That is a bit confusing.
How am I suposed to know what to do if the video doesn't have any sound except the soulfegio guided sound. On the video screen it says to go ahead and open your eyes but no verbal. This is contradictory to the cause.

Not an isuue. We are here to answer your questions. Well, while counting you don't necessarily need to visualise the numbers because you are already very focussed on the numbers. However, if you feel you are getting distracted, there's no harm in visualising. To answer your second question, the sensation of being in Alpha may be subjective but Jose Silva says that we can sense and feel endless possibilities in these deeper levels. Third - You go to Alpha and learn to use the mind in a special way. People use the mind control method to relax, to end insomnia, to heal, lose weight, improve memory etc.

For the first ten days during the morning or whenever you sit to do this exercise practice by counting from 100 to 1. Once you feel that you are getting better, for the next ten days count from 50 to 1. Then the next ten days count from 25 to 1. Then 10 to 1 and so on.

You don't have to roll your eyes. Just close your eyes and ensure you look slightly upwards. Just slightly, don't strain your eyes

No, you don't need to repeat the 7 weeks journey again. If you have religiously done the practice for 7 weeks, you will definitely see some change from the very 1st day you started. However, some people might take more time depending on how consistent they have been with the practice.

It means you get better and better at it until you don't need to count. You can just enter alpha at will.
Can I listen to Alfa brainwaves while doing this as well? If so will it speed up the process???
Of course you can. The process will speed up with more practice but if you think that listening to something can boost the method then please go ahead. As individuals we all function in a different manner.

When you close your eyes, instead of looking straight, look slightly upwards
In the book it says to sit with you're feet flat on the ground. And you stare at the wall at a 45 degree angle. And you relax each body part. Is that another exercise to get into alpha? Or do I incorporate this with the exercise on this video?

Good day sir. New to your channel. Can i ask. If i count 100 to 1 to enter alpha is it ok to come out even if the alarm is not yet finish for 15 mins? And if i count to 5 to 1 is it ok that i come out even if the alarm is not yet finish for 15 mins? Im thinking that counting 5 to 1 with interval of 2 seconds will reach only 10 seconds, is it fine to come out or i just repeat it till i finish the 15 minutes alarm.. Hoping for your reply.. You should do the full 15 minutes. The countdown is simply the method used to help achieve the brainwave state; it is not the goal.
