I wonder how many hours you put into this repair?

I took my time and tried to be thorough because it’s the first thing you see when you open them. I’d say I have probably +20hrs. Per door. That’s striping, cutout, weld, grinding, and bodywork.

@@kesselsgarage Thanks for replying. I can understand why it is time consuming. A lot of curves and adapting the replacement parts etc, etc... Thanks for the video showing it all.

It’s a gas Hobart 110 welder
