Having what amounts to a food truck is lso about having a garage facility to bring the thing home to restock, clean and service things so whatever you are thinking well triple it!
Splendid and very well done, she is very beautiful but I doubt the yanks would appreciate such luxury as much as the folks back home, you should open up as a cafe right next to the Eiffel Tower, lot less restrictions and more customers......
