I have the opinion that the "power reserve" label detracts from the design: it's an Italian sophisticated timepiece, could be just right with the label in Italian.
Okay - I’m a Paneriste at heart! I have a Carbotech Submersible with blue markers. I bleed Panerai. However, I do know my place Panerai. This feels completely out of synch and feels like someone’s passion project over at Richemont Group. At 180k, that opens a lot of watch from a proper horology house. This launch feels displaced for the current market we’re living in. Sigh……
who would have thought the company that used to recase rolex movements into their watches, makes a movement much more complicated than any Rolex makes now.
you are speaking like Rolex has done ANYTHING innovative at all, and not just releasing the same shit in a different precious metal - and let's not forget the left handed sprite that nobody asked for.
@@mad0uche and you are speaking like you know nothing about watches, or you're just being a hater. The skydweller using the bezel as an actuator for the crown stem is pretty innovative. Rolex created the first waterproof watch, practically invented the sports watch, and now 99% of all watches are water resistant. The bracelet quick micro adjust has only just been adopted by Patek, AP still has yet to do this.
@@DonLee1980 Who cares about your opinions? Rolex has done nothing innovative lately, I am not talking about the history of the brand, stop cherry picking.
@@mad0uche You make zero sense. You don't care about my opinion but you have written two comments because you couldn't help it. How ironic. Now you say Rolex hasn't done anything innovative, "lately". Nice for you to move the goal posts. Might also look up the word "opinion". Rolex invented waterproof watches. That's a fact, not an opinion.
Panerai's ship has sailed and sank leaving port.... There are SO many watches I'd rather own at the price point... I'm not expecting Vacheron Constantin level finish and complications from a brand like this, nor can they do it... but these should be robust, well made dive watches.. nothing more, an alternative to a Rolex Submariner.
Stunning watch and great presentation Elizabeth.
Awesome watch! And one of the best Panerai review videos on UA-cam. Keep up the good work.
Thank you for watching, we so do appreciate it! More to come - Elizabeth
The color combo is the icing on the cake. Gorgeous watch, but nowhere near as stunning as Elizabeth!
Great review...thank you.
Lovely watch, nice review..Only 50mm water proof…🤣..slip of the tongue…
Haha good catch! Watch tongue tied, luckily you got what I meant right? 😂 - Elizabeth

most complicated thing in a rolex watch is bicolour bezel 😅
