Now for something slightly different. I’m back from my works trip to the island of Samoa.
Whilst I was there, one of the most relaxing things to do after we’d seen patients was to simply sit and listen to the ocean
One day, given how relaxing I found it, I decided the stick my phone on a rock, and simply record the sound of sea lapping away.
Some people might even describe it as ASMR ish. I don’t know, but the sounds simply were very relaxing to me. Hopefully some people will find it an interesting break.

Wow, Samoa, thats really far away and a nice place in the Pacific.
It’s almost the antipode for me, or to put it another way - a jolly long way from home.

@@DrJamesGill Fair enough, my friend, Im not really much of a traveller myself, I am a bit of a homeboy myself, but what what I have read the islands in the Pacific are really beautiful if one chose to visit them, apparently Samoa is 9,492 miles from the UK, that's one hell of a distance.

@DrJamesGill We went to a traditional Samoan feast once, and we never ate so much food in our lives.
Do you use a legit camera for this? Or just a phone? I’d love to do something like this where I live in Alaska but worried it will take up my entire phone memory lol.
