26:14 I think if you do interviews with people you should play them. You can offer the interviewee the chance/option to come back and re discuss, elaborate, exam, or whatever after it airs.
Interviews are snapshot of our opinions and thoughts at a specific time. Those points can always be revisited at later dates and reexamined. That's my thoughts on it.
I agree about if someone seems unstable don't play it. We don't want to show people at their worst, and we will all might be in that position at some point or another so maybe that grace will be afforded to us in turn.
Eric go to an Osteopath for physical therapy. I had that at one point which started as light carpal tunnel and traveled up the arm when I neglected it. Osteo fixed it within a week.
Matteo's perspective on how to treat situations like a reasonable and tactful human being is very refreshing. Much respect.
He's an amazing human being, and i mean that sincerely.

I agree with many if not all points you’ve made here. I am so sad that technology is used for silly trash talks and needless opinions rather than for helpful and useful purposes. We need more good than harsh.

My new website is currently up. Inkpulp.tv I have been working on that for a while. I also have a series of free videos on figure drawing coming out soon. I'm working on trying to do something with Matteo and Eric as well! So much goin on, but things are coming along!
I feel ive curated my feed where I rarely see things from people that I don’t enjoy, and if I do, it benefits no one for me to voice that opinion. I know not everyone reads comments, especially superstars like Matteo, but I like to leave comments as a sign of respect. Someone took the time to create something, the time to write a post, or multiple posts across platforms and its my very small gesture of encouragement and desire to see more from them.
Also, when does the Ink Pulp patreon launch where members get the opportunity to guess who’s poo is who’s?😂

I remember Eric telling a story about someone criticizing the anatomy on a drawing he did. His response was along the line of "I know its now right, I'm just drawing something that supposed to look cool"
I have some negative feedback. Shawn don't read. I think you guys are talking about your podcast on the actual podcast too much; how you feel about the success of your podcast, your outlook on your podcast, your relationship to your podcast and each other, how the podcast has changed your con experience, etc. But it's not substantive enough for an hour. The podcast should probably be about something other than itself. It's neat to check in with you guys and get a glimpse behind the scenes, but damn. And to be clear, cause I know Shawn is going to say "Well, hold on, we were talking about criticism through the lenses of the podcast." But this is not just about this episode. Anyhoo. My 2 cents. Do what you want.

This reminds me about the criticism towards touring rock bands. Once they hit success their songs shifted from being about everything imaginable to being on the road and touring 😂

Maybe Shawn would know since his kids are old enough, but I've noticed my gen z family/friends aren't as sensitive about that stuff as much as my generation (late millennials) was. They're woke/sensible enough to know the difference between off color jokes and actual problematic rhetoric.
I know a 22yo girl who works with LGBT+ and Autistic youth but refers to things as "gay" or "retarded" a lot
Sounds a lot more balanced! My kids are pretty balanced.
Damaging rhetoric in good fun can still be damaging, especially when extracted from a small group that knows each other into the public in general. People that work with special needs people and especially children do not consume any media that uses such words (ie retarded) that are so commonly used to hurt people of that community.
I feel like the intention behind it needs to be considered. You're just being silly and having fun. There is also the radio station mind set that needs to be adopted. If you don't like it just don't watch. There are MILLIONS of other comic book podcasts. It's okay if it's not for you.
