I hope you enjoyed this video, and I have a couple of more things coming up about London. I just might be a bit sarcastic in my next video though. Surprise, right?! I hope you like ugly buildings...
Very enjoyable to see your adventure in London ! Another Derpy Lion 😀 . I enjoy seeing England,my family is predominantly English American and we enjoy watching the old British comedies and shows . Glad you could travel there !👋
Haha I didn't even think about that! There are derpy lions all around us! A conspiracy maybe...? Oh nice! I love the British sense of humour too. I've actually been like four times to the UK this year, but I could only film during one of the trips. Really happy to hear that this video turned out good :)
Thanks for checking it out :D Yeah! I was really blown away by God's Own Junkyard! It was even cooler than I expected - and my expectations were set high :D
Haha! Oh man, that's so funny! Why didn't I think of that... But I think it would have been a bit more frowned upon to film in the toilet back in the 1800s :D
@@ThreeStarVagabond In the 1800s you only had cameras where you had to sit still for several minutes... asking for that in a toilet would be inappropriate, for sure :)
My girlfriend is coming over from America for 6 months. I haven't taken to her London yet. Thank you so much for your video and showing me some great places to take her:))))
I hope she'll love it! :D I'm actually traveling to London tomorrow - and I just might have time to make a follow-up video with even more strange places to check out ^_^
That would be great dude:))) She arrives on Feb 18th. And we are in London for my appointment at American Embassy in June. We met on the internet 8 yrs ago. She has been here 3 times. As i am having difficulty's getting visa. But her visit this time. We are getting married and i am trying to go back to the states with her.:)))))
@@michaelmattern8188 Oh wow! That's amazing - congratulations, and amazing work on making it work despite long distance and all other complications. Cheers! :D
I had an awesome time! And it was so much fun looking for all of these places. Now I just got back from Liverpool...final UK trip for a while at least...
@@continentalcoxons It was really nice! We went to Comic Con and had bucketloads of drink, and took a trip to Manchester to try out a hot pot place as well. Fun times! I think the weather must have been quite a bit better than December
@@ThreeStarVagabond yes it rained when I was there, I got soaked going from the train station to the office. Not a great start. It is a lovely city though and have enjoyed it eberytime I have been.
@@continentalcoxons Oh man, typical! But yeah I love the old buildings and the wings of history over the whole town. I need to travel back just to explore more some day
I made a follow-up video with even MORE unusual things to do in London! Make sure you check it out as well 😊 ua-cam.com/video/k5IpozA4l_s/v-deo.html

Great recommendations! Using these to plan an unusual day in my home city. And can echo God’s Own Junkyard such a funky place. Thanks for sharing! 🎉

This was really great, especially that tomb, I've lived in London for five year but never heard of that ! Thanks for all the recommendations!
Yay, happy to hear that! I just loved the story about that tomb - and it was a gorgeous place to visit. So much fun to look up these things!
If that grave really was a timemachine I would travel to that toilet… just to see a before and after! 😉

@@arewethereyet000 ...To be honest, I'm not sure if it would be more polite to just rush in and take a few quick photos either 🤣

I was shocked you didn't mention the Hunterian musuem. Floors of specimens in jars.
