- The "Motivational Training Reel 2010" was made to illustrate the holism of martial arts and motivate / inspire like-minded people and anyone interested in sports in general. It also marks the official formation of the action team "Movie-Do", back then consisting of founder Eskindir Tesfay, Can Aydin, Cha-Lee Yoon, Phong Giang and Dawid Szatarski.
2 years later they split and Can, Phong and Cha-Lee formed their own team named "Reel Deal Action", while Movie-Do took the next step and developed into a start up film production company. Yet both, Movie-Do and Reel Deal Action, are still working succesfully in the action film industry. Check out our websites for further information and videos:

This, this is perfect. This is my motivational video I turn too every time I hear the voice in the back of my head, I watch this when I don't feel I can travel 10 miles (by two busses) to get to training- no matter the style (switching things up soon, but all classes seem to remain at the same distance), I watch this and say, if one day I can be half as good as these guys, I have made it.

7 Years ago I watched this and got motivated to start learning MMA despite having an ITF Taekwondo basic. I'm so glad that the biggest change in my life happened because of this channel.

When I was beginner in TAEKWONDO ( A TYPE OF MARTIALARTS ) around 7years ago(2015), and now I'm black belt I proud on my past self for not giving up. and I'll watch this video agin after few years. 😊

hey guys! thanks a lot for all the support.
for us martial arts are our way to express ourselves.
this includes beautiful movements which look great on screen but wouldn't be useful in a real fight.we regard ourselves as martial artists thats why we not only stress the 'martial' but also the 'artistic' and philosophical aspect of martial arts.
otherwise we'd call ourselves fighters, or streetfighters.
PLUS we work for the movies-but hat does not mean we don't know how to defend oursleves;-)

This video it enlightens the spirit and strengthens the mind. One thing i notice in this vid is that you are all from differen tbackrounds, which i think is highly important 4 people 2 see that not only can anyone can do it but it does not matter what race you are or backround you have as we are all all one in the same and asong as you are dedicated, there are no limits. Thanks for sharing

Ich finde ich habs mir verdient, bin jetzt mit 42 Jahren endlich soweit abschätzen zu können was mir gut tut und was nicht. Und wir wissen beide dass unsere Heimatstadt alle vertrieben hat die auf der Suche nach serenitat waren. Daher freue ich mich auf den Sommer. Ich finde dich sowieso als erste wenn ich hier endlich alles erledigt habe.

Where can I go for such training, I have done judo since 8 of age got to yellow belt then left to do karate became a red belt left to increase my knowledge and started boxing, love it and still do it, started kick boxing at 17 and have kept going since then. I am 18 now and pretty set to learning as much as I can but don't know where I can get training like these guys because I would like to be the real deal like these.
