You should close your gas station sometimes to clean, paint, shop, stock up. You keep forgetting the ice cream.

@@khodor09 yes at the sign by the street there is a lever that can be pulled to close the gas station. Also there is a button that be pressed to get customers abducted by aliens
@@khodor09 heck yeah… I have all 5 of my employees on a rotating schedule. I bring them in 3-4 hours apart and the rotate positions. Thing is… things only speed up over time. You’d think having 5 employees would give you extra time to order stuff, and keep better inventory records… nope. The greater variety of goods on hand causes higher customer volume, and time seems to speed up. Customers drag dirt in at record pace, then the shelves need restocking. Never fails… I always empty the trash and sweep before stocking and ordering… in the middle of it all a customer will say, “how can you work here?” It’s crazy how fast things get dirty.
I have to close my store every 3-5 days. I move the shelves from the walls one by one so I can see everything I have in inventory. When replacing items, I hit the add 5 button, rather than add all to the shelves. This keeps my shelves from becoming dominated by a single product that isn’t selling too well. This is quickly leading to having to close the store every night, or during the slow hours to get it all done. My station is lvl 8 at this point, and gaining %’s is a pretty tall order. So… I’m not too worried about customers not being happy about the closure.
With a lvl 5 garage, you get an extra maintenance bay. I refuse to add an employee there because one AI is fast enough to handle both sides without issue. They tend to use the products on one side of the store before the other, so once product starts disappearing from the other side, I know it’s time to order more stuff.
Sand storms has been my cue up to now to shut down and take a break. Just run out to the street across from the phone where you initially opened the store, and shut it down…then hit the red button to send the customers away. I’m making around 12-15K per day at this point….but I could use a better method of keeping track of what I have on the shelves. I’d also like to be able to add single items to shelves rather than “all” or 5 and 10.
If I want to slow things down a little… I just put a low selling product on each of the shelves, and things slow down considerably. This also adds time for me to get things under control again. Not my favorite, but it does work.
All the other shelves: "Brad loves us and gives us gifts to fill our shelves all the time! What an awesome guy!"

You can order stuff from the garage as well, and it probably wouldn’t hurt to hire a few more people haha. And you have to buy more toilets in the upgrade menu if you want more. Love the videos man!
Upgrade your employee housing and get a 2nd worker

Awesome video but the frames rates are dropping like crazy! But awesome vid!!!
They shouldn't be dropping in the video. I'm not having any problems in my game either. I do record at 30fps though, so that sometimes looks strange to people who are used to some people recording at 60fps.

I only have the employees work the repair and register, because even at max stats, they're too slow to do anything else.
My AI handles both bays of the garage with one employee with no issues. Quicker than I can do it. Think I can refuel the cars faster, but with the speed the customers are coming through making the place a pig sty… I really don’t have time to do much else than clean, restock, and order stuff. I’m running around like crazy even with 3 employees on the clock. I could assign one employee to clean… but they only seem to clean half assed then go home. Every time the place needs to be cleaned…once every 2-3 minutes…I have to go to the computer and call them back in again. I don’t have time for that mess, so I clean myself.

You mean glitch/bug simulator? Not star citizen right I don't condone that game unless people REALLY know what they're getting into
If I were you I would buy smaller shelves cause it seems like whenever you buy a big shelf there is always 1 rack that never fills. Just thinking of a way you can save some cash man. Loving the series

Employee management looks painful when you get more than one
Nah… things might have changed a little between then and now… but my employees are on a 3-4 hour rotating schedule. Every 3 hours I bring in another employee, then wait til one ducks out and runs home to call in a replacement. There’s a button under the employees that says, “pay all.” This button pays the employees everything you owe them up to current,
The more employees you have, the more cash you make, and the more customers seem to show up. Things don’t slow down from there either. Every night I have to shut down for restocking and ordering. Yiu can wind up overstocking one items per shelf if not careful, so shutting the store down is a good alternative to running roughshod. My store gets closed down every sandstorm, and every time I run out of inventory. I don’t even try keeping up with most of it while the store Is open.

Nah boss, a few people call it a haboob, so you aren't technically wrong, but most people just call it a dust storm. I've lived in Texas, Arizona, and Nevada, and all three call it the same for the most part.

what does pay premium do for employees?
If your employee has low stamina, paying them the premium amount will put them back at 100% stamina, as well as give them extra cash to work off of.

Just shut down the pump for a day and do all the small big works due at the pump. Running here and there and not doing anything right feels dirty game play.
I play it my way, and it's a lot more fun than just shutting things down.
