This was awesome. I 100% understand why some developers don't want to incorporate proxy-chat into their game (like Delta Force say they won't) to avoid a "toxic" experience for some players or the need for moderation... But there are moments of absolute GOLD (as shown with Peanut) which would otherwise be pretty mundane segments of gameplay. If everyone is just cool and there to have fun, you can legitimately make friends, find gaming buddies and build a real community which otherwise wouldn't be possible. When developing anything, I think you have to focus on the positive and what 'could be' rather than a glass half full view that everyone is an awful person and can't be trusted.

Been loving watch you all play this. When Jack did a solo run the other week, I commented about teaming up with you, Drewski, Stodeh, Tactical Brit, Westie, etc. and that's exactly what we have seen. Flippin awesome.
The social aspect to this game is unmatched even if platoon coms can be toxic at times. There is always someone to go on missions with and the gameplay is so much fun.
Love the stuff I've seen from this game so far. I've always wanted to see night combat with NVGs in a game like this or squad or similar. Please make more videos on this game.

Especially spotting and regonizing who's enemy and who's friendly was so hard, after I had played so much HLL. Ukraine war maps and all the mods are so nice.

The only way we could find to have a blast was to rent and spin up online servers of our own. 20 bucks a month and you can load custom maps and mods. Cross play enabled. We were all playing on xbox. Each streamer should have one for their discord crew for giggles then occasionally guest play on each others servers. Specially w/ Drew.
It feels like it’s just people camping with high-powered rifles and optics, taking shots at each other from a distance. The base game is way more balanced in comparison. I get why it’s fun, camping bases or roads with a group can make you feel powerful, but the lack of balance in these mods is frustrating. Maybe adding something like a system where capturing parts of the map lets you upgrade your base and unlock better gear would make it more interesting.
I’m having a blast with this game on Xbox. To anyone on Xbox trying to download these mods and are having issues, just know it’s a lot faster to go to the main mod page and download them from there. You can actually see the download process and everything. Hope that helps! This game is truly immersive and I’m so glad Tom and Drewski led me to hear about it. I have to also say every lobby I’ve been in has been super helpful in letting me know stuff I didn’t and answer my questions immediately. Very awesome experience so far, and Arma 4 will be purchased in full immediately when it’s available.

That's not true, but if you play on too many servers on xbox that's the reason your downloads are not working try sticking to only 2-3 servers and you'll be good. I also heard the latest update has lowered the mod storage to 25gb on console.
Reforger isn't exactly a household name so the algorithm doesn't push the videos as hard and viewers won't know what it is when reading it in the title so it makes more sense to describe the game by its genre (MILSIM) to open it up to a wider audience. The game name is visible in the first second of the intro and then audibly mentioned around the 1 minute mark. I don't see the problem 😅
My god I love this game. I sat outside Chotain for 3hrs with a DMR and became a nightmare for the enemy team. PSA do not use local chat when hunting snipers. 😂😂
"Copy" is pretty normal gamer speak, especially in the milsim genre where the time to kill is so fast. Mock it all you want but quick call outs and confirmations make ALL the difference when death could mean running or driving 10 minutes to get back to the front line 😅
