I bought the “Dustless Block” system in the Eastwood Store (great to have them in my town) for a super reasonable price- I was not looking for it and they were running a special- I couldn’t pass it up. (The shock came when I picked up the corresponding pack of abrasive.) I haven’t gotten the chance yet to try it. Quite a way off from that
I always use a guide coat after the color change on the poly it seems to help me get the best blocking with my final sand.

Those little low spots i would use dolphin glaze rather then filler 180 it then final prime with a urethane primer DONE.
