- Today I am making up a delicious sausage and pepper dinner sheet pan supper. It’s packed with flavor and definitely a delicious meal. I sure hope you all give it a try and don’t forget your crusty bread.🥖

What you will be needing
Large sheet pan
1 1/2 pounds Italian sausage cut into rounds
2 cups water
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 to 1/2 pounds fresh green beans or can green beans well drained 2-14 oz cans
2 pounds baby gold potatoes cut in half with skins on
2 medium red bell peppers sliced
1 large onion cut into large chunks
1 teaspoon lawry’s seasoning salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
Oven preheat to 425F

Nice pan!! Looks good too!! I seen them leave all that brown in the bottom for favor & deglaze it, but what do I know besides taste tester lol Love ya Ms Donna!! Peppers & onions was my mom and dad's favorite to grill out!! I can still smell & taste it from here!! 💞💜💞

This looks so good. One question though, how would you get the potatoes more roasted (brown)? Should i use Russet potatoes?
You can definitely remove the foil and broil at the end and by all means use your potato of choice ❤️

Note; I don't understand the first process with the water and oil. Ima think just frying the sausage in oil will work by itself.
Hello Robert! I boiled the sausage in water, and added a bit of oil. This process makes the sausage more tender. Frying alone makes the sausage less tender, that’s why I boil it first, but by all means, fry it if you like it that way. Thank you for stopping by, Robert! Have a great evening ❤️
