How did you mod it to work with 54? Really struggling to find 53mm espresso accessories and making 54 fit would be perfect
I bought a 54mm Sage Basket and pressed the round edges flat with a hydraulic press. I just modified the basket, everything else is stock.

No it is not possible to disable the automatic power off on the stock model. I think it can be achieved with a modification.
