Wrong! Revelation was written before Jerusalem fell, Kenneth Gentry has proven this conclusively in his book “Before Jerusalem Fell”. The debate is settled.

Nero is a very bad guess. Ireneus wrote some suggestions of what 666 means bur didnt mention Nero...
