This law came at time when even blood test were nor available, now dna test, moreover moral values have changed with infidelity cases reaching courts to frequently.Even joseph shine judgement recognise it. Further, the truth should win, not the technicality, else people loose faith on institutions as the faith rest upon, truth must triumph.
Taking care of someone's child, with false knowledge of as if ones own child, is traumatic.
