You have a knack sir! That was one of the best interviews o have ever had the pleasure of watching. It is refreshing to see two people having a great conversation, meanwhile hitting all the bullet points and getting solid information. Excellent job! Sacred Reich were to me one of the bands that never held anything back. They meant what they said and said what they meant. Great choice for your first interview sir! Thanks so much for your work and keep it up!
I’m 55 now and still follow sacred reich . Yes things change but some of us feel that music has changed for the worst . With that , some of us metal heads track down the music and the bands we used to listen to . Music that makes you feel alive again
I'm late to the channel, but killer interview. I borrowed Ignorance from a friend, on cassette, and played it for a week straight on my Sony Megabass Walkman on auto-reverse! Been a fan ever since. Late 80's thrash was the cream of the crop. 🤘🏼😈🤘🏼
sacred reich and testament are my favourites off all time Saw sacred reich with sepultura 2 days ago in paris France , was awesome, full of energy , greater than great 👍🔥💕
Great interview with a really insightful and intelligent guest. First saw S.R. with Sepultura in the early 90s and just saw them a few months ago with Sepultura and Crowbar in Joliet IL. Killer show. Banged my head non stop for Crowbar and stood just outside the pit for Sacred Reich. Some youngster in combat boots steeped on my foot and I hurt this old man's toe. All in good fun.
Great interview mate,I’m a little older than you but I think we share the same views what you where talking to Phil about. And certainly like the same music.Saw Sacred Reich in 89 over here in the U.K. just after they released Surf with Forbidden supporting.Saw them in the U.K. just before the pandemic on the Awakening tour, they where brilliant.
Two months later and I finally get around to watching this interview. Fantastic stuff. Phil is such a classy dude. Honestly an inspiration on how to be a human in this crazy world. Though it sucks he doesn't like the A Question EP, haha. Great interview too, man. You asked all the questions I would have if I was in your position. I swear, every damn thing you say is like my exact opinion. It's wild. Beers are on me if you're ever in Western Australia 🤘🍺
Phil and his lyrics have been with me since the eighties!! Always progressive, always heavy, but always totally proper. Sacred reich should have been HUGE !!!! Especially after the american way album. This guy is fuciking top notch. A true rold model in the metal world.
Nice interview man ! Sacred Reich should have been bigger...no bad album in their discography. I still remembered when i have discovered "The américain way" vidéo ! For me they were equal Metallica (period Justice For All") !
any chance to made interviews in a next future with: caffery savatage, lita ford, pearcy ,bloz or crucier from ratt, lync, dokken or pilson,, chris holmes, some menbers of queensryche, loudness, michael monroe, overkill, flotsam, victor from prong, robb flynn, testament, vinnie moore, lizzy borden , armored saint, doro, impelliteri, exodus, jeff annihilator, etc ?
What is this loudwire! Nah but seriously it’s cool to see rind on the show Also here’s some footage of fans before a sacred show in the ‘91 tour with sepultura ua-cam.com/video/uy5GZuLrySQ/v-deo.html

Phil has got to be one of the coolest, most genuine and good hearted dudes in metal. I’d love to get stoned as fuck with that dude.
RIND!!!
❤
Did i get it wrong or Phil said he didnt want to talk about The American Way record for some reason?!
It was the “A Question” single.
