- I'm legit ashamed to call this a world record. It's very beatable, I made so many mistakes. I think sub 25 minutes is possible on a perfect run.

is it better to have movement done on the right hand if you are right handed?
I'm used to playing T99 with the D-pad being on the left, but all the PC versions of tetris default moving the pieces using the right side.
Well I got a quest today and I can def tell you what game I’m getting for it
hey blink this was a good speedrun but some misdrops and getting fast then going slower really messed the speedrun up but i would not come close to 30mins let alone 1 hour

Yeah, it's crazy good in VR. It feels like a drug trip and you do get in a 'flow state'. (Not the fake flow state in the game, a real one) The music is so damn beautiful with ear plugs in too. ✊

That's fucking insane. What is actually really tricky, is that your playing without the colored pieces. That's not fucking easy. Peripheral vision is VERY important in Tetris. 😂

Playing with shadow enabled is like playing with cheats. You should change the title to Noob Journey. Lol
I finished the whole game on expert mode without any help, of course without shadow. It's ridiculous
Then go play classic Tetris instead. There's no need to flex this kind of skill on modern Tetris
@ I've already played classic Tetris and Twintris, I've actually played many types of Tetris and what you're saying doesn't make fucking sense.
Playing with shadow activated is like playing a snooker game, seeing through a line the trajectory that the ball will follow before launching (there are games that do that) or playing a racing game with autopilot.
This version of the game allows shadow but it is an option that is oriented to start the newest. It's a bug that in normal and expert modes it allows you to enable the shadow, but if you're honest with yourself you can disable it if you really want to play Tetris as it was originally designed and not a childish version.

2. The example you gave is not a good example. Snooker with a line can help you poke a ball into a hole. But can shadow piece in Tetris help you make good stackings or T-spin setups?
3. The ghost piece is not a bug, it's a standard in guideline Tetris and modern Tetris
4. Different games, different rules, different skill levels. If you use shadow piece as a skill indicator, you're falling behind in today's Tetris games, mate

I won't argue about number 1 and number 3 anymore because I don't think I can convince you other wise
As for number 2, can you explain how exactly enabling the ghost piece can help me plan ahead my own stack? Because ghost piece only helps you know where it lands, not hinting you where to actually land for the best stacking optimization
4. They're all Tetris, but they have different mechanics inside. The easiest comparision is NES Tetris vs Tetris Effect Connected. They might look the same, but they have different skill sets. It means, if you're good at NES Tetris, it doesn't mean you're good at modern Tetris games (if we're talking about competitive scenes) and vice versa. If you say they're the same, you might want to do some research again
And the man in the video can still be an expert because his speed, his accuracy is something not many normal people can achieve
And don't worry, I have tried some no shadow piece action. It was fun while it lasted but I want them turned on to catch up with the competitive scene
But if you're talking about single player mode only, then I won't argue with you anymore

Svenne Dpad left = rotate left
Dpad right = rotate right
Left trigger = hold
Square = move left
Circle = move right
Triangle = hard drop
X = soft drop
