From a yugioh player’s perspective it’s really fun to see how a yugioh card would be balanced into another game, I’d like to see some newer cards with a little more broken effects that would be cool
More will be coming! The structure decks are fun because for Hearthstone you kinda see an archetype. But it would be fun to maybe see some banned cards ! *hint hint*
Gaia seems weak in the sense that the condition is too harsh, and the reward isn't good enough, in the sense that "a big, cheap minion" doesn't balance out the condition (compare with another reward like card draw, for example). I think if it had 5 Power, it could have Charge and be a more apt payoff, since it helps you end the game as soon as possible. It does become scary with effects like the Warrior spell from the recent miniset, but I think that's the direction I'd look into. Warrior has had some spell hate effects, but Elusive feels off to me. However, I think temporary immunity or being unable to be reduced below 1 Health would be a more fitting effect. The only caveat is that one needs to remember to avoid infinite loops (such as controlling two immune Command Knights). The same goes for Gearfried and Murasame. Marauding Captain should probably have Taunt if you want it to reflect the first effect of the original card. The Level mechanic is interesting. I'd name it Level Up, I think. I'm not sure about the current condition, since it's very slow, while providing a very high ceiling. I also reckon players would be confused if their leveled up minion couldn't attack, which, if it's a transform effect at the start of the turn, would be true. I find it especially bizarre that Mystic Swordsman LV2 can never attack since it levels up before you have the chance to. Nevermind that you can play this on turn 1 and 2, and if the opponent can't ping, it just turns into a 5-Attack minion with upside. ROTA could probably just cost 1. Compare to A Light in the Darkness, which AFAIK has always been bad, even when it originally released. The Warrior Returning Alive, I'm not sure I like the combination of specificity and Discover effects. This could very easily have a single hit or two. I'd rather see it be "random", but maybe hit the highest Cost or Attack or somesuch. Flamberge Baou should be 1-Cost, and the second effect should be worded like Blessing of Wisdom-no quotes. I think if you were willing to deviate further, making Murasame a reward for damaged minions but be cheaper would be interesting. Like a 2-Cost +2/+2 buff that makes the minion immune for the turn if it's damaged.
i dont understand your version of "Command Knight" at all. I would think you would want to replace the first part of the text to "Has Stealth while you control no other minions." and then the second part to "Your other warrior minions have +1 Attack." as warrior minions exist, in the form of the class.
Great idea and translation to HS!

Love the feedback! I like those changes. The level up mechanic does need some work, but I did like the concept when creating it.
