The work is never ending, yeah? :) The 12Amp hr battery will certainly give you more use, oomph is not that noticeable. Not that I've noticed on mine. A good little saw for that purpose though. Definitely agree that firewood production is a marathon. 8:20 looks like maple
@@oakfarmfirewood Don't get the 6Ah Forge, they're stacked pouch cells and they don't cool well. Get either the 8Ah or 12Ah Forge batteries, as they're an even newer released product and redesigned use a "tabless" cell and have much better cooling and longevity because they're using staggered. Lots of reviews out there about it.
I have a Springador same colors as Andy's dog.. absolutely the best dog ever.. the second depot is coming along just great.. that looks alot like red oak but the smell would say for sure.. sweet but when wet smells like baby puke..
Wow really cool machine.
Can you please tell me how much wood it can process per year?
Would be very hard to say it depends if you are running it every day or not…

As long as you keep stacking, where you can pull straight in and pick the bags. Its untelling how many bags you can get in that building.
As i was told the hicory family of trees are the best for smoking/cooking. Any other info on this appreciated.
Said it before Archie, you need to loose that Woodie guy he's stealing the show😜
Seriously tho very impressed with you process / logic / workflow👍
Cash flow is tricky like you say! As a bricklayer summer is crazy but you know come winter rain/wind/frost it’s a killer. You have to save save save
If you ever are looking to sell your oversized timber I would be very interested in buying it. Also love the videos keep them coming!!
Get a milwaukee 6ah forge battery. That saw will feel twice as powerful. I run one on my top handle saw .
I’ll take a look thanks

That is 100 percent Black Birch.
I’ll have a Google 👍🏼
Hopefully you will get the 1000 in there, but you will loose space if the door opens inwards? x
hi archie what is scaffolding waste?
Yeah, I was curious about that too!!
Will show more but it’s the scaffolding boards that are not up to spec anymore 👍🏼
@@oakfarmfirewood what do you do with them burner fuel?
Cherry? looks like it
It looks like red oak to me ? Which would make sense about the blue colour just like English oak.
Yes a few have said this. And after a quick google it looks that way 👍🏼
What is scaffolding waste? Does anyone know
Where boards are not up to spec and can’t be used anymore
