wow! Extreme travel! Good thing you mananged to get it trough. Closest thing to this was when I was to enter and leave kenya, were I had to fill a form with alot of questions in order to get a visa and allowed entering the country.
Also, this reminded me of my friends Posttower and Heritage elevators back in 2013, were we did a big meetup in helsinki. They went trough the metro one night, and they went to the end of the line, and then the metro closed down early. They had to take a night bus in order to get back, wich took forever, I'm told.

I think you're entitled to up to 600 euro compensation under EU law due to the fact that your flight was delayed for more than 3 hours. Ring up Wizz air and you might have your whole trip payed for you. :)

Beno, you should take a trip to Lebanon! 90% of the lifts there are AWESOME old swing door lifts that haven't been modded, I saw loads of 50's OTIS's. The people there are really relaxed also, I was able to explore the roof of the tallest building in the whole country, the security even explained stuff about the building! The only downside is the queue for getting passport stamped is super long, so make sure you are the first to get there. I liked it so much that I overstayed for 4 months, I thought I wouldn't be allowed to leave but emigration at the airport said it was fine.
Be careful with a camera in airports, when I went to Istanbul they detained me because I was taking photos of airplanes out the window, and the next time I visited they banned me from entry and deported me...

If you’re alluding to the same major crash that happened on the M11 last week, it was a hit and run, shocking.
15:59 not exactly sure if this applies to all European buses, but here in Canada/north america our manufacturers such as NewFlyer and NovaBus use MAN/ZF axles which often times are pretty loud, especially older new flyer buses with man axles, they can be deafening. Part of the sound you're hearing when the bus is accelerating is also the rear portal-axle gear howling.

Buildings in Israel have strict security due to high contrast of terrorism. Almost EVERY BUILDINGS have security in front of entrances(schools, shopping malls, hotels, railway stations, etc...). Because of that, it is very difficult to film elevators in buildings. Also, it is prohibited by law to take pictures and/or videos around security facilities (Yes, also outside of them). Although it is allowed to take pictures/videos at public places and private places for public use!

Beno: Why on earth do they have to land 30 miles north, a little shithole! Anyway, a few kilometres off the airport the plane suddenly turned and headed north. I was looking at the G.P.S. and I was like "What the fuck is going on???"
My Wizzair flight from Rome to Bucharest (W6 3146) was delayed by 14 hours. It scheduled departure was 10:00PM And it departed at 2:35 PM the next day. The reason was fressing rain a Bucharest.

Ovda Airport is due to close in March, along with Eilat Airport. Its replacement, Ramon Airport, is very nice and modern and only a 15 minute bus ride to Eilat city. Ryanair should be switching to Ramon soon.

When I went to Madeira with my Mum in 2014, there was an incident on the motorway which caused massive queues so we went on another motorway and there was a lot of traffic on the other motorway too so we arrived at the airport about half an hour before our plane was due to leave
You can afford Long Houl flights with an cheap budget airline which is call Norwegian which do cheap fights to New York LA San Francisco Singapore and lots more places in the US Asia and Europe from gatwick

Sometime this year I will release my Israel video from'17. I went on WOW to Tel Aviv for just $380 r/t in the winter. Its almost warm there in winter. Jerusalem is the best, anything else is just gravy. Don't go unless you can see Jerusalem. The buses and rail go all over the country.

Is the Israel interviewy bit as bad as it is perceived to be? Also, did being a 6 barcoded individual (which by the way I think they pretty much automatically give for alone non-Israeli residents anyway) affect you in any way apart from the extra interviews? Apparently they have security guys monitoring people onboard planes as well, did you feel like this was the case? Also, I noticed no interview process during your travel towards Israel, did you not get this?

I thought the lorry delivering the tank was some private lorry company. Then loads of army people jumped out the cab, as it was an army owned lorry. The army guys were giving me disgusted looks because I had filmed their tank.
The interviews are not too bad, they are just annoying. The first interview asked a load of questions. She actually asked me if I had been given any presents as it could be a bomb. I thought this was rather stupid. The second interview was just someone pointing at the xray twice and asking what an item was. The 3rd interview was meant to ask me loads more questions because I scored 6, but the guy decided it wasn't worth giving me a million questions.
I was worried as it says online that they sometimes ask to see what photos you have taken. I thought about moving a load of videos of lifts and lift surfing into a seperate folder and removing all permissions from it, but I didn't get round to it. But I don't really think they care that much what you did in Israel, they just want to know that you won't endanger the plane or smuggle drugs.
On the way to Stanstead there was a car accident on the M11 and we missed the plane by 15 to 20 minutes but it was about 1 hour to 1 hour 30

Is Egypt worth visiting? It it worth the £30 visa? And should I go to the capital or go to a beach resort. How cheap is food there compared to the UK. Surprisingly Israel was very slightly more expensive than the UK.

We went to Munich last August it was a Saturday and our 10pm flight back to Gatwick was cancelled ! We were told by our crappy airline we’d have to wait until the next Thursday! No other airlines had any seats. Train was now the only way to get home. It was 1120pm when we had to get a taxi for the 30 mile drive to Munich Hauptbahnhof station to catch the 12am train to Cologne then connection to Brussels and Eurostar back to London St Pancras and train back to the car at Gatwick. Fortunately we got our money back for the train fare and taxis.

Photography near security facilities is prohobited. Photography at public places including public places under private ownership is allowed to security guards on these places can't ban you from take pictures by the law.
