  • Pistachio and white chocolate cookies (about 6 to 8 large cookies. Divide the quantities by two if necessary).
    Ingredients :
    Cookie dough:
    • 100 g cane powdered sugar
    • 100 g softened butter (30 seconds in the microwave)
    • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
    • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
    • 1 egg 🥚
    • 1 pinch of salt
    • 180 g of flour
    • 40 g crushed pistachios
    • 80 g white chocolate or ready-to-use white chocolate chips
    For the finish (optional):
    • Pistachio cream (approx. 30 g)
    • A few whole pistachios
    • A few white chocolate chips
    Preparation Instructions:
    1. In a pastry bowl, mix 100 g of powdered sugar, the bag of vanilla sugar and 100 g of butter softened for 30 seconds in the microwave, with a spatula.
    2. Add 1 beaten egg and mix.
    3. Add ½ sachet of sifted baking powder.
    4. Add 180 g of flour and mix.
    5. Add a pinch of salt.
    6. Add 80 g of white chocolate cut into pieces otherwise prefer ready-to-use chocolate chips.
    7. Add 40 g of crushed pistachios and mix.
    8. Important to make shaping easier: Leave to rest in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
    9. Form thick balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. They will expand while baking.
    10. Preheat your oven to 180°C unless it heats up quickly.
    11. Decorate the cookies with whole pistachios and pieces of white chocolate before or as soon as they come out of the oven.
    12. Put in the oven at 180° for about 12 minutes.
    13. Finally, decorate with pistachio cream (optional).
