This looks good, and the packaging is fancy but... 3 lots of packaging? the plastic over the bars, the box for the individual bars, then the box for the 6 bars is a lot.
It's a bakery, and they prepare a fair amount of sweets. However, a factory would mass produce the sweets in a more streamlined process, and I'd expect to see either more chefs employed or more machinery used in the process. It wasn't an uninteresting video, and I understand that click-bait is the new meta to make the algorithm recommend the video. I didn't see the anything that amazed me or was different and unique next to many other chocolate preparation videos.

저스틱을 직사각형 납작이로 민다음. 모서리 잘라내고.(혹은 틀안에서 반죽그램수 잰다음 밀어서) 재서 세세하게 자른다음.굴리면 일정한 두께와 길이가 될텐데(기계까지 만드는건 그렇지만 공장도아니고) 한번에 쉽게하는법.
어차피 그램수는 같지만 사이즈 조견뭘 놓고 맞춰만들거나
저 테프론시트에 보면 선이 잇어서 그 선 길이까지 밀면 아마도 일정한 두께가 나오는거 같네요!
