Збс что нет этих ваших надписей-приколов, а то когда до этого глядел, кровь из глаз лилась и большая часть видео ими закрыта была. По-японски знаю только охая или охаю, в общем здратути.
The problem with rebuilding an old junker like a rust bucket Datsun 240z or any old car for that matter is that the metal is old and gets weak. There is more bending and flexing and creaking while driving the car. On the surface, the rebuild is nice but still age takes its toll.
Without any framing to keep the body dimensions correct, square and true while removing and hand making replacement panels essentially by eye, I fear big problems fitting the glass, the bonnet, boot lid and doors. Not to mention getting the mechanicals to line up to the original mounting holes to keep the drive train true. I predict the panel gaps are going to be a nightmare, but here's hoping I'm wrong and it all turns out OK!
bro i 100% agree with u. don"t understand why never brace the structure before cutting the panels to repair..its no....no....no......also when using the tape to make the templates....i would never use tape...because tape deforms n it stretches when u pull it out.
hi...like step by step clips made...but i don"t understand why u never brace the structure before cutting the panels to repair...in my book that no....no....no....that not how most of us would do....also yo welder setting or its yo welder or u need better welding skills....when u weld if lots of carbon settles around yo welds that tell u some thing is not right....when u weld the panels together there shouldn't b any see through holes be left..yes i know u can cover with sealer or body filler...but i wouldn't approve that on my classic car.......i know u guys r pros n work in big garage...iam restoring a 1972 240Z n iam in USA. most of car guys they dream for this car....also when u use the tape to make the templates....i would never use tape...because tape deforms n it stretches when u pull it out....again i love yo work don't get me wrong,,,u are not cutting corners but some time we over look things in our own way...it may work for u but not to others and if u want the world to see your work, then do it right so others can lean from u.....!!!!!!!!
すごい細かい作業の積み重ねなんですね。見ている分には楽しいだけですが、作業させる側は気の遠くなる仕事ですね。ご苦労様です。。

Yeah.. but I think that if you are going to rebuild an old 240z you're not much interested on performance... if you know what I mean...
