- Beans and Snuffles enjoying raft time in the world. Please note most bulldogs do not swim and we supervise our girls at ALL times around the pool. They also have lifevests which they proudly wear when boating. Yep, they are spoiled.

First time I've ever seen a bulldog swim. Thought Beans was gonna sink for sure. Wonder doggie!
My aunt used to have an english bulldog who could swim like Beans, and somehow her dog lived to be 15 years old, most likely due to all the time she spent swimming when she was younger. Her trying to keep her head above water was probably like a full day's worth of cardio for us humans lol.
They look like they'll swim like a cannonball but no quite a good swimmer😊

shes an excellent swimmer! my bully Bruiser swam straight up and down with just his snout and eyes out of the water! so funny! i love bulldogs!

Not all swim. Had my first at age 10 & all the ones we grew up with swam. Used to take them to the bay out on LI every summer. On my adulthood I've had a couple that prefer the baby pool.

That's a rarity. Bulldogs usually sink like a brick. They're just not built for swimming. I tried to get my bulldog to swim, but she just flailed her legs everywhere
